According to bald man, Art Harris, the Seminole Police in Broward County Florida do not want to help out Howard K. Stern in his defimation of character lawsuit. Apparently he had tried to have the police investigation records subpoenaed and instead of complying they decided to file a motion to quash the request. Basically to “quash” means they would be voiding the subpoena.
QV has reported that Judge Chinn isn’t so happy with camp Stern either after his Lawyer Lin Wood released transcripts to Art Harris. BIRKHEAD, LARRY L., 66, died Monday, December 10, 2007 at Baptist Hospital East. Mr. Birkhead was founder and president of All-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning and was formerly employed by General Electric. He graduated from Louisville Male High School, attended Georgetown College and Southern Mississippi University, was a member of Shively Lodge #951 F & AM, Scottish Rite, Kosair Shrine Temple and had served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Larry was always known for his good heart, generosity, sense of humor and was extremely close to his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Mae and Robert N. Birkhead Sr.; a brother, John Eugene Birkhead. Survivors include his wife, the former Donna Hudnall; two daughters, Judy Birkhead and Angela B. Johnson; and two sons, Larry E. and Lewis R. ( Tracy ) Birkhead; six grandchildren, Justin Walters, Amber Birkhead, Kameron Birkhead, Jacob Bare, Chloe Johnson and Dannielynn Birkhead; three sisters, Mary Ruark, Judy Birkhead and Sherry Toledo (Ted ); one brother Robert Birkhead (Mary ); and his in-laws, Doris K. Howard Strikes a Pose
TMZ has a picture posted of Howard K. Stern standing in front of an Illegal Aliens movie poster for the Bahamas International Film Festival. Why would this movie be at a film festival is my first thought. My second thought is that this movie has been out on DVD for months so why is it just now being played in a theatre there.
Al Sharpton In Trouble
It is being reported Federal authorities have subpoenaed financial records and employees in an apparent probe of the Rev. Al Sharpton's 2004 presidential bid, nonprofit civil rights group, and for-profit businesses.
As many as 10 Sharpton associates were subpoenaed Wednesday to testify before a federal grand jury in Brooklyn Dec. 26, his lawyer told the Daily News.
They were told to provide investigators with financial records from the campaign and roughly six Sharpton-related businesses, as well as personal financial documents of Sharpton and his wife, the newspaper said.
The FBI and IRS are seeking the records, which go back to 2001, according to the Daily News.

Daniel Smith Inquest - Witnesses Not Available
According to prosecutor Neil Brathwaite from the Attorney General's office, the inquest had to be postponed this time because it was becoming increasingly difficult for witnesses to come to court.
"The remaining witnesses were not available - one of them, the toxicologist, was simply not available, so were some of the others [like] Larry Birkhead, Ford Shelly, G. Ben Thompson and Ray Martino form California and Doctor Kapoor," he explained.

Dr. Kapoor has already announced he will not come to the Bahamas. Judging from past no shows for other court cases in the Bahamas it is doubtful that Ford Shelly or G. Ben Thompson will show. Larry Birkhead will probably have to get permission from Howard to go.

Dr.Kapoor Refuses Request to Testify
Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Smith’s personal physician, has already told local police [in Bahamas] that he will not be coming to testify. Since he is out of the jurisdiction the court cannot compel him to attend the proceedings.
Last year, Dr. Kapoor provided Smith’s medical records to local law enforcement officers. Those records have been entered into evidence.

You will have to wait 6 weeks to hear about day five of the inquest in the the death of Daniel Smith. You guessed it... court has been ajourned for six more weeks. If you ask me, it almost seems like the Bahamian court has made up its mind already and has absolutely no desire to find anything new.

A new report is saying that Superintendent Quinn McCartney testified today and his conclusion differs from the findings of the two pathologists. Basically McCartney stated that the dangerous amount of methadone was the main factor behind his death.
"Even if there were no other drugs present in (Smith's) bloodstream, the methadone level would be enough to set off alarms," said McCartney, who added that the young man had bloody froth in his lungs that he interpreted as a "clear sign of overdose".
Police Inspector Frederick Taylor also testified today that former Immigration Minister Shane Gibson was in the hospital room when he and other officers arrived at the facility.

Only one of eight drugs that an examiner found during an autopsy of Daniel Smith's body was actually prescribed for the 20-year-old at the time of his death, pathologist Govinda Raju told jury members yesterday.
Facing a courtroom of onlookers at Monday's resumed inquest into the death of the late Playboyplaymate Anna Nicole Smith's son, Raju said it was his belief that the lethal combination of drugs had been consumed anywhere from four to six hours before his death on September 10, 2006.
According to the pathologist, five of the drugs in Smith's system were prescribed medications and three were most likely given to Smith during the medical intervention to resuscitate him. He said the three most lethal drugs - Methadone, Lexapro and Zoloft - were at significantly high levels, even though only Lexapro was prescribed.
Raju further added that as a result, Smith's respiratory system collapsed and he had a cardiac arrest.
"All of these things happened because of the lethal combination of drugs," he stated clearly to the courtroom. And upon hearing these details, Virgie Arthur, Smith's maternal grandmother, started crying quietly to herself.
Additionally, he testified that a number of abrasions and puncture wounds were found on Smith's body on his left shoulder, right upper chest, back and his upper hip areas. But Raju said there were not any signs of violence to Smith's body.
He pointed out that Smith could have received many of the injuries during the medical staff's hasty attempts to revive him from his unconscious state.
Wayne Munroe, the attorney for Anna Nicole's estate, made a point during his cross examination in asking the pathologist whether the drugs were taken simultaneously or were taken over a period of time and left some traces behind. Raju said the only way to answer that would have been to monitor Smith's ability to carry out his daily activities.
Munroe also asked if the other medications found in Smith's system could have been used for his diagnosed depression or constant back pains, which Munroe claimed Smith had complained of a numerous times.
To which Raju answered: "Yes."
Carolyn Nairn, a patient in room 202 on the day of Smith's death, testified that she heard a lot of commotion coming from the room next door to her - Anna Nicole's room 201 - and a female crying and screaming, "My baby boy."
Smith died while visiting his mother and newborn sister in Doctors Hospital. The inquest will resume today at 10 a.m. [Tuesday December 11)

Tomorrow the jurors will once again assemble in the Bahamas to continue hearing witnesses in the inquest to the death of Daniel Smith. More than a year after the death of Daniel Smith the inquest has just barely gotten started. Many think that inquest is a waste of time; some for the reason that they simply see the young man’s death as a tragic death, and other who think that there is more to it but that the officials in the Bahamas will not dig deep enough to ever really know what happened.

There are some weird issues with this posting. For one the ad says the necklace is 12-14ct of high quality diamonds. I would think that for a $300,000 starting price they would be able to tell the exact ct. of diamonds.
The second thing that is a little bit fishy about the ad is that the seller is brand new with no previous listings. There is also no information about the seller. I would think that there would be something known of the seller for this amount of cash. The seller lists there location as California.

Team Greta kicks butt again. They have located the coffee shop where Drew & his stepbrother who allegedly assisted in helping to carry a blue container from Drew's home. Suprisingly when team Greta discovered that when police questioned the very same Crispy Creme, they never asked to see any video's from the night in question despite the fact that the camera's were in plain site. Another Law Firm Files Suit Against the Anna Nicole Smith Estate
Another law firm has jumped in and filed suit against the Anna Nicole Smith Estate. This time it is a Texas law firm operating under the name of Cunningham Darlow LLP. They are claiming they have not received payment for respesenting Anna Nicole in work related to her battle over the Marshall estate.
Sorrel Trope, a California law firm also filed a creditors claim for unpaid bills earlier this month.

Drew Peterson Barrel Helper Revealed
It has been revealed that the person who assisted Drew Peterson with loading a barrel into Peterson's SUV was Thomas Morphey, Drew's step-brother.
Morphey was hospitalized the following day for an alleged suicide attempt. A source said Morphey's wife called police, saying her husband heard of the disappearance, became distraught and feared he might have unwittingly helped dispose of Drew Peterson’s wife’s body.
Prosecutors have not called Morphey to testify before a grand jury examining the 23-year-old woman’s disappearance because he has “memory lapses” regarding the barrel.
One would think that this would enough to make an arrest. Why not just ask Drew Peterson where he put the barrel? Is there more to this story than what is being discussed?

Stacy Peterson Update!
It has been reported that the authorities now know who assisted Drew Peterson with carrying a blue barrel from the home. The suspect allegedly helped carry the barrel from the upstairs bedroom of the home down to the car. The following day the suspect attempted to commit suicide. It sounds like the authorities may be getting close to solving this case.

The Plot Thickens in the Case of Missing Stacy Peterson
It has been announced a few days ago that a neighbor had allegedly witnessed DrewPeterson loading a blue barrel with a friend. Now it has come to surface that Drew had scuba weights that are reportedly missing. This would explain why the police kept searching the garage. Stacy's sister also states that there used to be a blue barrel in the garage that was used for chlorine for the pool which is now missing.

I accidentally came across a sleezy sex website when I accidentally left a letter out of the web address. I went to http://annanicoleandhowardstern.com by mistake and was shocked to end up at a website that was selling porno movies, sex toys, and all kinds of nasties!
I could be wrong but I seem to recall reading somewhere in Business Law that you cannot use meta tags (keywords) or webaddresses purposely trying to pretend to be a person or entity only to trick them into going to your site.
I think it is sick that this website would use Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern's name to sell their sexual goods. If you ask me that site should definately be a candidate for a lawsuit. Yuck!

Inquest - Day Two
Sounds like nothing exciting happened today. The nurses testified. One testified that pills were found where Howard K. Stern was sleeping. Court will resume on December 10. Why are they so slooooowwww in the Bahamas.

It is being reported that Howard K. Stern's testimony lasted approximately 5 minutes today and that he was suprisingly asked only two questions by Neil Brathwaite, a lawayer for the Attorney General's Office.

The Inquest Continues
The long waited inquest into the death of Daniel Smith finally began today. The first witnesses to speak included the emergency doctor that treated Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern, Dr. James Inferenta (an anesthesiologist who was on duty when Daniel died), an immigration department official who witnessed Daniel's behavior when he arrived at the airport the night before he died. Howard K. Stern is expected to be called in for questioning again.

Stoner Judge Can Smoke More Dope Now That He Has Retired
Judge Lawrence Korda, who assisted in the Anna Nicole Smith baby drama in Broward County Florida lucked out having prosecutors drop the charges against him. The judge was busted smoking a doobie on a park bench. As a result the judge retired early and had to pass 6 months of random drug tests.

Monday, November 19th, court is scheduled in the Bahamas to once again begin the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith. Daniel Smith died in the hospital room of Anna Nicole Smith while visiting his newborn baby sister Dannielynn. Since then there have been many attempts to begin an inquest into the young mans death but each time there is reason to delay. More than a year after Daniel’s death now, we will just have to wait to see if the questions surrounding the mysterious death are finally answered.
Daniel Smith had only been in the Bahamas for several hours and during that time managed to obtain methadone. Many question who gave him the methadone and question whether it was the same methadone pictured in photographs of Anna Nicole’s refrigerator. Dr. Kapoor, wrote a prescription for methadone to Anna Nicole under the alias of Michelle Chase while she was 8 ½ months pregnant, just weeks before Daniel’s overdose.

MSNBC Cans Plan to Hire Rosie
MSNBC has canned their plans to hire Rosie O'Donnell for a primetime evening show. Many people became angered when initially hearing of the possibility of this conspiracy theorists, babbling woman having an hour to pour her verbal vomit thru the airwaves. Yuck! What really is bothersome about Rosie is that she does the very things she fights against. Trouble in the "Horizons"
Does anyone pay their bills. According to TMZ.com, Trope and Trope filed a claim against the estate of Anna Nicole Smith for approximately 163,000 in unpaid legal bills. I am uncertain if this is normal procedure to have to file a claim against the estate. I thought typically the executor just pays the bills as they come. From my understanding I thought you only filed a claim with court if the executor has not paid the bills or if an executor has not yet been assigned.

Alright, everyone seems to have their panties in an uproar today over one silly statement that Lincoln Bain suposingly made. Lincoln Bain suposingly told Art Harris that Virgie said she was at the inquest on behalf of Daniel Smith's estate in Texas. A jury of 7 was selected today consisting of four women and three men. Like so many times in the past, there will be another delay. This time the delay is blamed on Hurricane Noel which is expected to hit the Bahamas on Wednesday. The inquest will resume again on November 19th.

Eroshevich Looks at Items Siezed by Investigators
According to Art Harris, Kris Eroshevich had a chance to go to court and look through the items that were seized during the recent raid. She did not want the prosecutor to see any of the items so she opted to have all items copied and sent to her so she can review them in her home. After she reviews them she has until Dec. 3rd of 4th (I can’t remember the exact date) to request they be returned due to patient client confidentiality.

Larry Birkhead Imposters on the Web - Wise up Women!
What can be more pathetic than a man on the internet pretending to be Larry Birkhead to get lots of attention from women? The women who are naïve enough to fall for the imposters are!!!!
Despite past posts, warnings, and good old fashioned common sense desperate women on the internet are still going to a fake Larry Birkhead myspace page posting messages on the imposters page hoping to get noticed by their “dreamy” guy. There are regulars on the site that post messages over and over and today I even noticed one person writing that she had spoken to this imposter on the phone. She mentions taking him up on his offer to go out and see him.
Are these people stupid? Have they not heard from their mothers about internet safety? I am wondering why this site is allowed to continue. The person who made this site is probably some fat lonely old man who is getting his kicks off of hearing from women trying to be sexy in attempts to meet a celebrity. California Fires.... Side Thoughts
As I sit and watch constant news alerts regarding the horrible fires spreading across the state of California I couldn’t help but wonder how close these fire were to Larry and Dannielynn’s house. I am assuming their house is away from the fires. I can just picture Entertainment Tonight filming their dramatic escape and the filming of their house burning down as I am sure they would conveniently just happen to be in the neighborhood.

Judge Chin has approved a delay to team Cosby in regards to Camp Stern's recent request to have Ms. Cosby stopped from any more attempts to tamper with witnesses. The judge granted a delay until November 13 for camp Cosby to return to camp Stern's complaints.
Stern Files for 6% of Marshall Estate Monies
It is being reported that Howard K. Stern filed papers with the court on October 18th putting a claim to 6% litigation fees for any money received from the Marshall Estate that may be awarded to Anna Nicole's estate. This was part of a previous agreement that was made with Anna Nicole Smith.
I am sure everyone will jump all over that now and try to bash Howard but I personally don't see anything wrong with that. I mean, it was part of a pre-existing contract and alot of people would probably charge more than that.

I am sure everyone will jump all over that now and try to bash Howard but I personally don't see anything wrong with that. I mean, it was part of a pre-existing contract and alot of people would probably charge more than that.

As you all know I have been really upset about these pictures of Anna Nicole and her son that are being aired. When I saw the non-blurred picture on Lincoln Bain’s sight I completely lost my breath. I was shocked because I was completely not expecting it.
Since the airing of Geraldo this weekend, and then the distasteful posting of the non-blurred pictures on Lincoln Bain’s sight I have been haunted of the question why? Why would anyone feel the need to post these pictures?
A while back it was reported in the news that someone was trying to sell these pictures to the media for 200k. Now Ford Shelly has gone on Geraldo with these pictures. Does this show then that it was Ford Shelly who had the pictures and was trying to sell them?
On Saturday Ford Shelly was trying to make it seem as though he was upset by these photos and was going to turn them into the authorities. Why now? Why not before? If he was truly concerned about them wouldn’t he have turned them over then and why would he have been trying to sell them to the media?

Really Freaked Out!!!!!
Alright I am really freaked out. I went on to Lincoln Bain's website and there in a giant display was the picture of Anna Nicole Smith with her dead son. Gross!!!! At least with Geraldo, he warned you it was coming so you had the option of turning the channel. Geraldo also blurred out the face. Lincoln Bain does not do that.... its right there BAM in your face... no warning... no blurr. That is not something that I wanted to see. I don't think it is anything anyone should see. Geraldo Rivera shocked the world tonight when he showed the picture of Anna Nicole Smith clutching her dead son Daniel Smith a short while after he died in the hospital room where she had just given birth to her baby girl, Dannielynn. Howard K. Stern had shared with the world just days before on Larry King Live that he had taken the pictures at Anna Nicole’s request.

Tanker Truck Carrying 7,000 gallons of Fuel Hijacked
Authorities in Baltimore say they're on the lookout for a hijacked tanker-truck carrying more than 7,000 gallons of diesel fuel. They say the truck was last seen heading toward Interstate 95.
A police spokesman says the driver of the diesel tanker was at a gas station when he was forced out of the truck at gunpoint. He says the gunman was carrying a semiautomatic handgun and wearing a blue jumpsuit.

A woman is claiming that while she was visiting in the Bahamas she was raped by David Copperfield. She did not report this until she came back to the US.
It is also being reported that the authorities with warrants in hand seized some of Copperfield's belongings. Police were surprised to find $2 million in cash. While its not against the law to have $2 million hanging around your house it certainly is suspicious.

Big Moe Feels Betrayed by Howard
In an interview with Tony Potts of Access Hollywood, Big Moe shared that he felt betrayed by Howard K. Stern because of his recent accusations that he stole pictures of Anna Nicole Smith and tried to sell them. Moe said they have been sending him threatening letters and are running a smear campaign against him.

Lawyers for Eroshevich were in court today protesting that the warrant was too broad and wanted to reclaim some of there items. I am sure they did. Anyway - they are trying to say that these items were doctor - patient private. Somehow I don't think that will cut it.

Nadine Alexie had a phone interview with Greta tonight and she told Greta that she never saw a sex video of Larry and Howard and never told anyone that she saw one.

I believe that Rita was set up in some way by these people. Lincoln Bain has been inconsistent as does not answer why he said that Nadine saw the video tape. He also conveniently cannot find his own tape of the day in question. I am not sure of who was behind this set up, and why they did it. I do believe that if Rita really believed that a tape existed, it was her responsibility to confirm this belief with real tangible evidence rather than going off of rumors.

Court is set for November 7, and this time its for an outrageous bill that Milstein is charging for his work as guardian at litem. He is seeking close to 200k for two weeks work. That is 100k a week. Is he out of his mind or what. Finally something that Virgie, Larry, and Howard can all agree on.

Who is Don Clark
Mr. Clark served as a Special Agent of the FBI in Miami, New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Newark, San Antonio and Houston. His assignments as an investigative agent and manager in the FBI included foreign counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, violent crimes, organized crime, drugs and other FBI investigative programs.

He supervised the investigation of the terrorist attack aboard the Achille Lauro cruise ship, which claimed the life of passenger Leon Klinghoffer, and he managed the investigation of the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City. He was in charge of tactical operations in 1996 during the Freeman crisis in Jordan, Montana. He coordinated and managed the investigation and prosecution of the dragging death of James Byrd, Jr. in Jasper, Texas and he was in charge of the investigation and coordination to locate FBI’s top-10 fugitive and accused “Railcar Killer” Rafael Resendes Ramirez….
Some of Mr. Clark’s many assignments included, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Criminal Division New York Office, in 1991 and in January 1994, Mr. Clark was assigned to manage all counter-terrorism investigations in the New York Office. He has numerous achievements, including high school class valedictorian, Who’s Who in America’s Colleges and Universities, Distinguished Military Graduate, receiving a regular Army commission, and many awards and recognitions from both the U.S. Army and the FBI. The most notable are the U.S. Army Air Medal for Combat Assaults and two Bronze Stars for Bravery while serving in Vietnam. While in the FBI, he attended the FBI’s Executive Development Institute, was a trained SWAT member, bombing instructor, and police-training instructor. He has numerous achievements, including high school class valedictorian, Who’s Who in America’s Colleges and Universities, Distinguished Military Graduate, receiving a regular Army commission, and many awards and recognitions from both the U.S. Army and the FBI. The most notable are the U.S. Army Air Medal for Combat Assaults and two Bronze Stars for Bravery while serving in Vietnam. He received the FBI Medal for Meritorious Achievement during law enforcement action, and in July 2000 he also received the U.S. Attorney General’s highest Award for Excellence for his efforts in the investigation and prosecution of those involved in the James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crime Murder in Jasper, Texas in 1998.
Mr. Clark retired from the federal government on February 3, 2000 after 35- years of service. He served nine and a half years as a commissioned Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain. His service included a combat tour of duty in South Vietnam and he was later selected by the Chief of Staff of the Army to command an Airborne/Ranger Company in the First Ranger Battalion.

In the past two days the price of the Blonde Ambition has increased by $2 on Amazon.com. That is a pretty significant change in my opinion. Typically prices of books go down, not up.

Alright, I have reviewed the video that Entertainment Tonight posted on their site of the search being done at Dr. Eroshevich and have a few things that have made me go "hmmmmmm"

A Few Words From Rita's Lawyer
Rita Cosby’s lawyer appeared on Fox’s morning show today to discuss the new taped conversation drama. She wanted to make a point that Rita Cosby has never changed her story and that it is Lincoln Bain who has changed his story. Initially Lincoln Bain had said that the nannies told him that they had seen a sex video of Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, now Lincoln Bain has changed his story and is saying that the nannies did not see any such video.

Milstein Attepts to Take Advantage of a Baby!
As I mentioned the other day there were rumors were surfacing that Milstein, the guardian at litum who was appoint to baby Dannielynn in Florida was trying to charge the baby over 175,000.
In an article today in the Palm Beach Post, it says that it is in fact true that Milstein is trying to collect ridiculous fees for his "favor" to Judge Seidlin. The article goes on to say that if you break down the time he spent on this case it comes to $900 per hour. Yikes - we live in such a greedy world.

Another Lincoln Bain Inconsistency
Well yet another inconsistency in addition to the one I just posted, now it turns out there is an audio tape of Lincoln Bain stating that the nannies admitted to viewing the "sex tape" and that he believed them.

Letter to Rita's Publisher
As I said last night. If you want the Blonde Ambition book ya better get it quick. It is being reported that Lin Wood has sent a letter to Hachette (Rita's Publisher) demanding that this book be pulled.
I think it would be stupid for the publishers not to pull it. It seems that there are no real sources and the sources that they do have all have current litigation going against Stern so its a conflict of interests. At least thats what you would think.
So unless Rita miraculously pulls some secret info, or a sex tap, out of her hat, I would think it would be wise to just pull it now or pay big later.

The Rumors Are True
Howard K. Stern was at the home of Dr. Khristine Erosovitch the the law enforcement officials arrive to search the home and serve the search warrant. Lin Wood reportedly give a written statement that hew as there because he had left his dogs there before he left for NY earlier on Friday.
The other Dr. that was served was Dr. Kapoor, the Dr. that was shown making out with Anna Nicole in a gay bar on video tape. Not much of a suprise there.

CNN is reporting that the warrants were served at the homes of two doctors (one of which is Eroshevich), a business owned by one of the doctors, four businesses owned by the other physician and a storage shed used by one of the doctors, the official said.

Milstein Wants Money
OK... think back alittle bit. Remember Milstein, the guy appointed by Judge Seidlin to be the representative for the baby during the whole funeral court drama in Florida. Well, I read today that he wants to be paid and there will be a court hearing as he is asking for $175,000. Yikes - thats a heck of a fee for a weeks worth of work. It is also being reported that the baby only has $200,000 in her trust fund. What?? What about all the magazine and ET deals?

Don Clark Told by Nannies About the "Sex Tape" of Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern
Don Clark was a guest on Greta tonight. Mr. Clark works with John O’Quinn and did investigative work for Virgie Arthur. Don Clark went to the Bahamas to speak with the nannies shortly after the death of Anna Nicole to try to find out more about what had happened. The nannies sat down and talked with Don Clark and his team and immediately came out with the fact that Anna Nicole enjoyed sitting watching video’s of Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern having sex. After that their lawyers suggested all conversations be between the lawyers. Despite the fact that this backs of Rita Cosby’s claim that the nannies witnessed a video, Don Clark stated that he was not her source. So does this mean Rita has another source or did she use what he said without speaking to him also.

Greta just played additional clips of Rita Cosby trying to meet with the two nannies in the Bahamas, clips that were not played on Entertainment Tonight. Greta didn't eleborate on it too much, just that she was going to play the rest tomorrow night and she once against gave Rita Cosby an open invitation to come on the show and explain herself.

OK... It went pretty much how I thought it would go. Kinda boring. The two parts I found amusing where when Howard claimed that “this was the first time he heard” the Rita Cosby tape when Larry King played the clip. I personally find that hard to believe since he seems to be very friendly with Entertainment Tonight.

Well it’s been an exciting day for all the Anna Nicole drama followers and bloggers. Lets see we had the Nassau Guardian, a newspaper in the Bahamas print a story about Rita Cosby jumping on an attorney in attempts to grab a tape made of her. In the process she allegedly tore his shirt. This of course gets Greta back on the ball where she has Mr. Controversy do a phone interview on fox last night claiming Rita Cosby was trying to put the moves on him. (scary visual)
Then we had the announcement that Virgie has now jumped in the ring with a brand new lawsuit filed in Texas against Howard K. Stern for defimation of character (I thought you first had to have character). Oh, and now there are rumors that the two nannies may sue Rita Cosby for using them in her book without ever speaking to them.
Then of course there was Art Harris’s hilarious commentary on his phone calls from Debra Opri (who I have asked to give a statement but have not gotten a response as of today). I am wondering where Larry Birkhead’s suit is and if there will be one. It will raise some serious suspicion if there isn’t one. Perhaps he is just sick of all this and wants to just live his life left alone with his daughter.

Entertainment Tonight Says They Are CBS Outside Rita Cosby's Book Party
Timessquaregossip.com is reporting that Entertainment Tonight lied and said they were from CBS when they just happened to be waiting outside of the party for Rita Cosby’s book Blonde Ambition. Britney Spears Has Lots of Gas
Gasoline that is. LOL! Have you noticed that practically every other day TMZ and sites like it are posting pictures of Britney Spears getting gas. Who needs to fill their tank every other day? Howard K. Stern - Live Interview
On Wednesday, October 10, Howard K. Stern will be doing an interview on Larry King Live. This will be his first live interivew since Anna Nicole's death. They are taking viewers questions on their website. I have a question.... First PETA jumps into the news the other day to say that they want Michael Vick to be their new spokes person since he completed some workshop of theirs on animal cruelty. Now they are jumping into the headlines again expressing concerns for Britney Spears’s dogs. Oh please!!!!
First of all I would like to say that I am a huge animal lover. I have two dogs and three cats. I go to the dog park twice a day and when I have time I go to the local animal shelter to walk the dogs because I feel bad for them. It is my love for animals that causes me to be completely sickened by bogus groups like PETA who take other animal lovers monetary donation and then don’t tell the public that they kill more animals than most other groups.

Virgie Arthur Looking Good in NY
Radaronline.com has a picture of Rita Cosby standing with Virgie Arthur at the big bash in NY last night. Virgie arthur was looking better than I have ever seen her. She was looking happy, tan, and a little more polished that in the past.
They report that Larry Birkhead's ex-bodyguard, Mark Speers, was there and says he's got some huge secrets on Birkhead. I guess that will come out in the future to the highest bidder.

I went to Etonline to see if I could find out anything else about this picture being discussed. Yuck - they had it posted on their site. I guess they are allowed since they seem to send alot of checks Howies way.

Hollywoodscoop.com has allegedly been sent a picture of Anna Nicole from and overdose (not the one that killed her but a previous overdose). Howard was quick on his toes and had one of his famous threatening letters sent to them which Hollywoodscoop.com claims said the following:

Howard K. Stern has hit Rita Cosby with a 60 million dollar law suit concerning her controversial book “Blonde Ambition”. Greta made a point that it’s not like Howard K. Stern had a reputation to begin with or a career that was affected. I agree, how can he win a lawsuit when there were really no damages.
What is interesting about this is that now she has the power to so subpoena anyone she likes. That should be interesting to watch. Could anything be more than a circus to watch than the unbelievable events surrounding the fight over her burial?

Larry Birkhead appeared on Greta’s On The Record tonight in response to the new lawsuit filed against him by former attorney Debra Opri.
Larry said there were multiple situations between Debra Opri and Rita Cosby where information was exchanged that should not have been. He then continued to say though that this was not about that though. That this was about Debra Opri needing to get attention.
Birkhead wanted to make clear that despite Opri’s continous claims that she was not fired that he did in fact fire her for diverting his money without his consent. Birkhead claims he told she would be arrested if she showed up at the courthouse in the Bahamas
“Debra Opri trips up over her own words” stated Birkhead when mentioning that she is trying to get a percentage of money made off of Dannielynn while at the same time complaining that the baby girl is being exploited.
When Greta asked if Birkheads and Opri’s lawyers sat down and tried to work this out Birkhead claimes that Debra Opri wanted Birkhead to go on Opri and tell how great she was. “She only wants attention. Bonnie Stern founded Flurtz Chocolate, which is supposingly some sort of chocolate enhanced with power Chinese herbs to heighten sexual sensation. Debra Opri appeared on On The Record tonight with Greta to talk about her new law suit against Larry Birkhead. Basically she said that she has listened to Larry Birkhead drag her name thru the mud for six months and has had enough. Debra Opri once again said that Larry never fired her which was kind of an out of place remark and then went on to say that Larry is trying to discredit her because she "knows to much"

Ben Thompson Once Again a "No Show"
C. Ben Thompson was once again a no show in the Bahamas for court proceedings that took place on Wednesday. These proceedings were involving the items taken from the Horizon’s mansion after the death of Anna Nicole Smith.
Thompson had always claimed that he was instructed to remove these items in the event that anything happened to Anna Nicole for safe-keeping. That really doesn’t make for much of a defense because the entire world witnessed these items being released to news reporters. In Thompson’s defense though, I do believe that the items he released were to try expose the people who were surrounding Anna in her final days.
On Wednesday the court heard testimony from a maid as to the items that were removed from the home. The hearing is scheduled to continue on September 26. Thompson is not expected to show.

Mark Hatten's Obsession with Anna Nicole
Is it just me or does it seem strange that a man who's ex-girlfriend had him put in prison for stalking her spends all his time in jail posting pictures of the short time of life he spent with this woman?
I mean, of course there are many of us who are interested in the Anna Nicole Saga, and for many different reasons, but this guy was put away for stalking her. The fact that he still spends all his time trying to prove he had some sort of meaninggul relationship with her is kind of creepy.
Perhaps his need to constantly talk about his relationship with her stems from the fact that he is a person who has had no other accomplishments in life. I think that it is time that Mark move on and start thinking of building a life for himself on the outside and stop using Anna as his only identity.
For some reason though I do not think that will happen. I have a feeling that this guy is going to try to milk his one brief relationship with Anna Nicole for the rest of his life.

This weeks poll has to do with the Montel Williams interview with Rita Cosby where Montel mentions that someone had called Donny Hogan, the half brother of Anna Nicole, the night before the show and asked him not to appear. Montel, for unknown reasons, quickly told Donny not to say who it was who called him.

Donny Hogan, Anna Nicole’s half brother was called last night and asked not to go on the Montel William’s show. Donny Hogan was about to say the name of the person who called him but Montel interrupted and told him not to say on air who this mystery person was.

Why Howard Shouldn't Sue Rita Cosby
Greta Van Sustren had her legal panel discuss Howard K. Stern's recent comments made to Entertainment Tonight about his reaction to Rita Cosby's new best selling "Blonde Ambition" book.
Greta asked her panel wether or not they thought Howard would go thru with his threats to sue Rita Cosby for defemation.
Jim Hammer reponded that he did not believe Howard would not file a law suit because he will not want to open himself up to questioning in a trial.
John Q. Kelly agrees that filing a lawsuit will open up doors that they do not want open. John Q. Kelly also addressed Mr. Stern's statements that Dannielynn would need counceling as a result of having to read about all this one day saying that Mr. Stern was the one who caused a multi-month 3-ring circus and caused more damage than anyone by refusing to take a simple blood-test.

Another interesting twist was put on this saying that perhaps Rita Cosby should sue Howard for his recent comments stating that Rita was either stupid or a liar.
Greta then went on to poke fun at Howard saying that Howard didn't have anything worth suing for, that he was living in a house that wasn't him and borrowing money from his parents to live off of.
I personally don't think he is living off of his parents. Everyone knows he is still living off of Anna, and now off of Anna's baby girl.
Greta asked her panel wether or not they thought Howard would go thru with his threats to sue Rita Cosby for defemation.
Jim Hammer reponded that he did not believe Howard would not file a law suit because he will not want to open himself up to questioning in a trial.
John Q. Kelly agrees that filing a lawsuit will open up doors that they do not want open. John Q. Kelly also addressed Mr. Stern's statements that Dannielynn would need counceling as a result of having to read about all this one day saying that Mr. Stern was the one who caused a multi-month 3-ring circus and caused more damage than anyone by refusing to take a simple blood-test.

I must be dreaming because Howard K. Stern was quoted as saying things that actually made sense to me today.
Howard pretty much told Entertainment Tonight that all these people are suddenly saying that he and Larry were going at it in this wild gay relationship. These are the same people that came onto television every time they got a chance to talk about Howard. Why didn't they say this before.
I agree with Stern, this is absolutely absurt. I just want to be clear here though. I am not saying that Howard and Larry are not gay. I am just saying that if they were caught in a relationship and there was a sex video of it and these people knew it, they would have been out with that information on the news along time ago.
Another thing, if there was a sex video it would have been taken along with all of the other video's that Ben Thompson was airing on Greta every night or better yet, it would have been sold for a nice chunk of change.
