Rumor has it that Howard K. Stern is about to have 5 more charges made against him giving him a total of 11 charges.

According to TMZ Dr. Sandeep Kapoor didn't show up for court today and could therefore be arrested. The Anna Nicole drama never ends.

Khristine Eroshevich Behind Bars
Khristine Eroshevich (One of Anna Nicole's Drug Dispensers) was officially booked at Van Nuys Jail this morning. Her bails is $20k.
Statement from Howard K. Stern’s Attorney

A couple of points:
(1) Mr. Stern and his attorneys have been aware of the California Department of Justice investigation for several months. A few months ago, I spoke with Danny Santiago, one of the Department of Justice investigators, who told me that Mr. Stern was not a target of the investigation at that point. He assured me that if Mr. Stern’s status changed, he would let me know. I advised Agent Santiago that Mr. Stern was willing to be interviewed by the Department with no conditions. I never heard back from Agent Santiago.
(2) I am also aware that in recent weeks, Don Clark, an investigator for the law firm of John O’Quinn (which law firm Howard sued for defamation and which case was settled amicably last fall) was in touch with the CA Department of Justice in an effort to have Mr. Stern prosecuted. I have taken efforts in Mr. Stern’s civil cases to have Mr. Clark’s deposition testimony unsealed in its entirety to present to the Department. Mr. Stern and I have also made efforts to have all of the evidence and hundreds of hours of sworn testimony from the civil cases unsealed and released to the public.
(3) Mr. Stern has nothing to hide and very much wants the public and California authorities to have the benefit of reviewing the hundreds of hours of sworn testimony from the key witnesses to the relationship between Mr. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith before rushing to an unsupported judgment against him. I urge Fox News to join in our efforts to present all of the facts to the public.

Elaine Marshall Files Court Paper in the Anna Nicole Vs. Marshall Estate Matter
Elaine Marshall, in court papers filed Friday, said that a court order preventing Smith's estate from collecting $88.5 million from the estate of Marshall's late husband, E. Pierce Marshall, should remain in place while the federal appeals court in San Francisco tries to sort out the tangle of competing claims.
Official Charges in the Anna Nicole Drug Scandel Released
Eleven felony counts were filed Thursday by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Counts 1-3: Each defendant was charged with conspiracy counts for prescribing, administering, and dispensing controlled substances to an addict; obtaining a controlled substances by fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; obtaining a controlled substance by false name or address; issuing a prescription that is false or fictitious; and repeatedly and excessively prescribing, furnishing, dispensing, or administering drugs.
Count 4: Howard K. Stern and Doctor Kapoor were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.
Count 5: Howard K. Stern and Doctor Eroshevich were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.
Count 6: Doctor Kapoor was charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation. Count
7: Doctor Eroshevich was charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
Count 8: Doctor Kapoor was charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.

Breaking: Howard K. Stern Charged with 3 Felonies
It is being reported that Howard K. Stern has turned himself in to police tonight and being charged with 3 felonies. He is being charged with "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict." The addict being Anna Nicole Smith of course.
Also being charged are the two doctors, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor (AKA Dr. Feel Good, and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.

Dannielynn Birkhead's Clothing on Ebay
Dannielynn's clothes are being auctioned on Ebay. More than 350 items will be auctioned off. The proceeds will go to Camp Kindle. Camp Kindle, operated under the nonprofit Project Kindle, is a cost free summer camp for children infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Over 1,000 children impacted by HIV/AIDS have experienced Camp Kindle since its inception in 1998.
Anna Nicole Smith, volunteered at Camp Kindle in 2004. Larry Birkhead, also attended Camp Kindle.

From TMZ....The California Medical Board got a warrant to search Dr. Sandeep Kapoor's Studio City office this morning. Informed law enforcement sources tell us they are looking for prescriptions Kapoor may have written for Howard K. Stern. We're told Medical Board officials want to know if Stern may have used Kapoor to score drugs for Anna -- something Stern has vehemently denied.

Larry Birkhead has put the home of Anna Nicole Smith up for sale. He is hoping to trade in for a house with a yard for Dannielynn. He has already purchased a large 10,000 sq/ft home in Kentucky - possibly for when she starts school.

Dannielynn Birkhead May Need Surgery Again
Larry Birkhead says Dannielynn may need another surgery for her Strabismus. Currently her eye is still being patched occassionally to make sure her eyes stay equally strong.
Larry also told US Magazine that he was in the hospital for a week in July with kidney stones.

Mark Wannabe Hollywood Hatten
It was a big day in the Hatten family today. Mark Hatten got busted for a DUI today and his sister and Jackie Hatten got sued by Howard K. Stern for feeding "lies" about Howie that he is gay.
A Few More Cents
I was wondering if Howard was ever going to get around to taking Ford & Ben Thompson to court for the stolen estate stuff. I guess I had assumed that since there had been nothing reported about it that they made some sort of deal... You know like Howard not pressing charges in return for Ford & Ben to drop the claims on the Horizon's home. But then again why should anything be settled with them if 1) the home did rightfully belong to Anna and then 2) the items were taken illegally.
What I could never understand about the taken items was that if they were really taken to "look out for Anna" why was the stuff sold all over the place? Was he trying to help Anna or was he just trying to get a few minutes in the spotlight? What do you think?

Howard K. Stern Goes After Ford Shelly & C. Ben Thompson
Howard K. Stern, acting on behalf of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith (AKA Vickie Lynn Marshall) has filed suit against Ford Shelly and C. Ben Thompson along with several other unnamed individuals for the wrongful removal and use of personal belonging of Anna Nicole Smith.
The actions seeks “compensatory, equitable, and punitive relief arising from actions taken by” the above mentioned defendents.
Anna Nicole died on February 8, 2007, and within 24 hours, much of her personal property was stolen from her residence in the Bahamas, known as “Horizons”. For months after the tragic death, many of the DVD’s included in the belongings appeared worldwide on the news. Some of the more known items included the famous “clown video” and the “Christmas Video”. Ford Shelly publically appeared on national television admitting to taking these videos.
Some of the items had been turned into South Carolina authorities by Ford Shelly and C. Ben Thompson, but further investigation revealed that the hard drives of the devises had been copied and transferred.
According to Mr. Stern, at a later date Ford Shelly attempted to give some of the taken belongings to Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, and Larry Birkhead informed Shelly that he was not authorized to receive items on behalf of the Anna Nicole Estate. Among the items were personal paintings that Anna had made for Dannielynn.
