Larry Birkhead has put the home of Anna Nicole Smith up for sale. He is hoping to trade in for a house with a yard for Dannielynn. He has already purchased a large 10,000 sq/ft home in Kentucky - possibly for when she starts school.

According to TMZ, Larry Birkhead was questioned for 10 hours yesterday regarding the lawsuit against Rita Cosby that was filed by Howard Stern. Rita Cosby makes allegations in her book that Larry and Howard had some man-love going on together.

Birkhead Purchases $3,000 Underwear

Some little girls get their mom's old necklace, maybe there mom's favorite porcelain doll. What will little Dannielynn get? Ann Nicole's playboy lingerie. Yup, according to the latest news Daddy Birkhead went to an auction today where he spent $3,000 purchasing some of Anna Nicole's lingerie worn for a playboy shoot.

Hanging Low

Before heading off to hammer it up at Habitat for Humanity project "Dannielynn's House", Birkhead and baby birkhead were hanging low in Palm Beach for about a week. They did the disney thing and checked out some real estate.

Dannielynn Eye Surgery on Entertainment Tonight

There have been rumors that Entertainment Tonight is paying Larry Birkhead $250,000 to do a film of Dannielynn's surgery, or maybe not necessarily the surgery but the before and after moments in the hospital ect.

Baby & Birkhead 1.7 Million Dollar Photo's

According this article, Birkhead received 1.7 million dollars for those Birkhead & Baby pictures printed in OK magazine when he was first reunited with the baby. If someone offered you 1.7 million dollars for pics of you and your kid would you do it? I would... in a heartbeat : )

I personally don't think there was anything wrong with the OK Magazine pictures. I did however, think it was distasteful do have ET filming the babies visit to the grave and that whole saga.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville (HFHML) is proud to announce that native Louisvillian Larry Birkhead is sponsoring the construction of new a Habitat home. The house will be called “Dannielynn’s House: In Memory of Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith,” named in honor of both Birkhead’s daughter, her mother, the late Anna Nicole Smith and brother Daniel Wayne Smith.
“This entire project is about the strength it takes to be a single parent—the difficulties you have to face,” said Birkhead. “I can really relate to that now, raising Dannielynn on my own. Anna Nicole's struggle as a single parent with her son Daniel was another reason that inspired my sponsorship of "Dannielynn's House."
A single mother and her three daughters, two of whom have Spina Bifida, will purchase Dannielynn’s House upon its completion.
Birkhead’s sponsorship involves covering half the construction costs of the home and working alongside volunteers during the “Raise the Roof” weekend. A Ground Blessing ceremony will take place April 25th to celebrate the beginning of construction. Women for Habitat (WFH) will coordinate the volunteer effort for the “Raise the Roof” weekend of April 25th and 26th. Camp Stern Bloggers Get Served Subpoenas

Ok... I just visited annanicoleandhowardkstern.com and almost peed my pants I laughed so hard. Well the other day I read Howard K. Stern's deposition where he testified that he had not had any dealings with any bloggers gathering info for him of on his behalf ect ect. Well now all the bloggers that he has denied were gathering dirt for him have been served subpoenas. Camp Virgie is demanding all e-mails and whatnots and copies of hard drives. You gotta love it. If this is true isn't that a crime.. I mean if Howard and his attorneys were lying saying that this stuff never happened. Can a lawyer get in trouble if he was aware of the e-mails? I mean according to QV's site, some of the bloggers had direct communication with Wood - right?

Anyway - this is all so dysfunctional that you can't help but laugh

She's Back!!! Debra Opri Crawls Out of Her Rock

Debra Opri is messing up - oops I mean respresenting Bill Ash, who is a key witness in the death investigation of Seth Tobias. Debra Opri had a busy year last year parading Larry Birkhead in circles and then ruining - oops I mean representing Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff and then dissappeared for a while. It probably took a while to gather enough courage to show her face on television.

Ash, claimes that Filomena Tobias is responsible for the death of Seth Tobias. Seth worked for the couple for five years as a personal assistant.

Stoner Judge Can Smoke More Dope Now That He Has Retired

Judge Lawrence Korda, who assisted in the Anna Nicole Smith baby drama in Broward County Florida lucked out having prosecutors drop the charges against him. The judge was busted smoking a doobie on a park bench. As a result the judge retired early and had to pass 6 months of random drug tests.

Judge Seidlin has seemed to dissappear into the sunset (probably wearing his white tennis clothing he talked about so freely). It was rumored he was going to do a television show but there has been no talk about that lately.

Speaking of television shows, I wonder if ET is parked outside of Birkheads house.
