According to TMZ, Larry Birkhead was questioned for 10 hours yesterday regarding the lawsuit against Rita Cosby that was filed by Howard Stern. Rita Cosby makes allegations in her book that Larry and Howard had some man-love going on together.

Monday - The Inquest
Monday, November 19th, court is scheduled in the Bahamas to once again begin the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith. Daniel Smith died in the hospital room of Anna Nicole Smith while visiting his newborn baby sister Dannielynn. Since then there have been many attempts to begin an inquest into the young mans death but each time there is reason to delay. More than a year after Daniel’s death now, we will just have to wait to see if the questions surrounding the mysterious death are finally answered.
Daniel Smith had only been in the Bahamas for several hours and during that time managed to obtain methadone. Many question who gave him the methadone and question whether it was the same methadone pictured in photographs of Anna Nicole’s refrigerator. Dr. Kapoor, wrote a prescription for methadone to Anna Nicole under the alias of Michelle Chase while she was 8 ½ months pregnant, just weeks before Daniel’s overdose.
Meanwhile in another courtroom, Rita Cosby just gave her deposition which was said to have lasted from early morning until late into the evening. Rita Cosby is being sued by Howard K. Stern for allegedly making false claims in her new book “Blonde Ambition” that Mr. Stern and Larry Birkhead had a sexual relationship with each other.

The Nassau Guardian is reporting that a video tape of Controversy TV that interviewed the Anna Nicole Smith nannies is now in the hands of the FBI and may have played a crucial role in the investigation into the two doctors (Eroshevich and Kapoor) who prescribed mediation to Anna Nicole Smith.
Judge Chin Approves Delay to Team Cosby
Judge Chin has approved a delay to team Cosby in regards to Camp Stern's recent request to have Ms. Cosby stopped from any more attempts to tamper with witnesses. The judge granted a delay until November 13 for camp Cosby to return to camp Stern's complaints.

A New York judge has ordered a conference between laywers for Cosby and Stern for October 18 to discuss the issue of witness tampering. The order comes as a response to a request by Lin Wood.

Tonight's Greta in a Nut Shell
Nadine Alexie had a phone interview with Greta tonight and she told Greta that she never saw a sex video of Larry and Howard and never told anyone that she saw one.
When asked what Howard was like she said Howard is quiet and that the last time she spoke to Howard was last December. Nadine told Greta that working with Anna was quite an experience. Anna was like a baby, someone searching for love.
Greta said Howard asked judge to keep Rita Cosby from tampering with his witnesses is his liable suit.
Jim Hammer, one of the lawyers on the legal panel said Rita better hope there is a legal defense called stuck on stupid.

Lincoln Bain Gay??
James Edstrom of Timessquaregossip.com is claiming that Lincoln Bain made passes at him outside of Fox in New York City. Now I have no idea if this claim or true or not but I’ll tell you one thing, it made me laugh and it was a very entertaining story.

Well the Anna Nicole drama once again is making titles in the Nassau Guardian. Today in an article Thomas Brown, it was revealed that Bain and Thomson are seeking legal advice from a high powered attorney in NYC.

My Two Cents
OK… It is obvious that Rita Cosby wrote a book without reliable sources and without being able to clearly confirm the gossip she wrote about. I am pretty sure that no one will argue against that.
Now here is where I think it gets a little shady. I believe that at some point Don Clark or someone was told a lie that the nannies saw this bogus video. I believe that the nannies themselves at some point told someone this. I believe that Lincoln Bain knows this, and was either a part of it directly or not – who knows.
I believe that Rita was set up in some way by these people. Lincoln Bain has been inconsistent as does not answer why he said that Nadine saw the video tape. He also conveniently cannot find his own tape of the day in question. I am not sure of who was behind this set up, and why they did it. I do believe that if Rita really believed that a tape existed, it was her responsibility to confirm this belief with real tangible evidence rather than going off of rumors.

Blonde Ambition Price Goes up on Amazon.com
In the past two days the price of the Blonde Ambition has increased by $2 on Amazon.com. That is a pretty significant change in my opinion. Typically prices of books go down, not up.
Geraldo Sits Down With Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson
In a heated discussion Elizabeth Thompson (the nanny’s lawyer) asked Don Clark when he was told about the tape. Don Clark said basically that Elizabeth Thompson was right there in the room when the tape was mentioned Don Clark said that both Elizabeth Thompson and Lincoln Bain where there when they made the comments. Don Clark said that Elizabeth kept asking for money that he was unwilling to pay.
Lincoln Bain never really directly answered any of the quesitons that he was asked and at times made no sense at all.
At the end the crew on Geraldo's show took a vote on who they believed - Don Clark or Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson. I think the majority went with Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson.
I guess I could argue this either way.

A Few Words From Rita's Lawyer
Rita Cosby’s lawyer appeared on Fox’s morning show today to discuss the new taped conversation drama. She wanted to make a point that Rita Cosby has never changed her story and that it is Lincoln Bain who has changed his story. Initially Lincoln Bain had said that the nannies told him that they had seen a sex video of Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, now Lincoln Bain has changed his story and is saying that the nannies did not see any such video.

Another Lincoln Bain Inconsistency
Well yet another inconsistency in addition to the one I just posted, now it turns out there is an audio tape of Lincoln Bain stating that the nannies admitted to viewing the "sex tape" and that he believed them.

OK... I was on another blog when I read a comment that someone wrote mentioning comments that Mr. Controversy (AKA Lincoln Bain) made on his website and I went to the site to check it out for my site.
There I found the following comments:

What the heck? Is it me or is something fishy here? One day he says this and now he is helping to expose Rita saying that she is making all this stuff up? It just does't add up. Am I missing something?

Letter to Rita's Publisher
As I said last night. If you want the Blonde Ambition book ya better get it quick. It is being reported that Lin Wood has sent a letter to Hachette (Rita's Publisher) demanding that this book be pulled.
I think it would be stupid for the publishers not to pull it. It seems that there are no real sources and the sources that they do have all have current litigation going against Stern so its a conflict of interests. At least thats what you would think.
So unless Rita miraculously pulls some secret info, or a sex tap, out of her hat, I would think it would be wise to just pull it now or pay big later.

Alright... if you haven't bought the "Blonde Ambition" fairy tale story book you might want to get it quick. Rumor has it Lin Wood is going to attempt to have the book pulled by the publishing company.

Don Clark Told by Nannies About the "Sex Tape" of Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern
Don Clark was a guest on Greta tonight. Mr. Clark works with John O’Quinn and did investigative work for Virgie Arthur. Don Clark went to the Bahamas to speak with the nannies shortly after the death of Anna Nicole to try to find out more about what had happened. The nannies sat down and talked with Don Clark and his team and immediately came out with the fact that Anna Nicole enjoyed sitting watching video’s of Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern having sex. After that their lawyers suggested all conversations be between the lawyers. Despite the fact that this backs of Rita Cosby’s claim that the nannies witnessed a video, Don Clark stated that he was not her source. So does this mean Rita has another source or did she use what he said without speaking to him also.
Don Clark says has not seen the video tape. He says his conversation with the nannies lawyers immediately went to the topic of money. Don Clark decided to stop dealing with them.
