According to TMZ, Larry Birkhead was questioned for 10 hours yesterday regarding the lawsuit against Rita Cosby that was filed by Howard Stern. Rita Cosby makes allegations in her book that Larry and Howard had some man-love going on together.

Virgie Arthur takes on "Rose Speaks"

I don't know about you but I can't see why this suit hasn't been thrown out. I think it is absolutely ridiculous for Virgie to sue bloggers. First of all, what is the point? What does she think she will gain.
Has Virgie lost anything as a result? What can she sue for.
I am sure I have said negative things about everyone involved in this saga at one point or another. Does that mean that everyone should drag everyone into court who says anything negative online?
Should be interesting.
Anyway, on a more positive note. Dannielynn and daddy Birkhead will be doing the Dannielynn House for Habitat for Humanity on the 25th. I haven't heard anything about the recovery of her eye after surgery. Would be nice to get an update.

Rita Cosby Jumps on the Back of Nannies Lawyers in Bahamas & Tears his Shirt
No - I am not kidding. In an article in the Nassau Guardian, reporter N. Thomas Brown is reporting that a whole lot has gone down in the Bahamas this week.
He reports that Cosby went there trying to pay two Anna Nicole's ex-nannies $15,000 and a book deal to say that they saw the sex video that she references in her new "Blonde Ambition" book. When rejected, the attorney says she attempted to tape him so she could make some sort of spin out of the situation. The attorney realized what was going on and took the tape and the article is quoted as follows."
"Bain said he grabbed the tape from the publisher, which resulted in Cosby jumping on his back, tearing his shirt and clawing his flesh for the tape which, she claimed was actually a cellphone. "
The Guardian says they have hear the tape of the conversation and that they heard the scuffle as well as Cosby making offers for a magazine deal.
You just can't make up a more disfunctional story than this one. Each and every time you think it can't possibly get more disfunctional, and when things seem like they are caliming down something just pops up.
