Blogger Asks Public for Money to Defend Herself Against Virgie Arthur

A Blogger has been drawn into the battle between Virgie Arthur and Howard K. Stern. After allegations that Bonnie Stern and Howard had enlisted the help of online bloggers to spread dirt on Virgie Arthur, blogger Nelda RoseTurner of Rosespeaks.com is asking the public to send her money to assist in her legal fees to defend herself against Virgie Arthur.

While I do not agree with most of the rosespeaks sight and the deviants that she associates with, I think it is absurd that she is being drawn into this ridiculous lawsuit by Virgie Arthur. Bloggers should have the right to be protected from bogus lawsuits.

Howie and the BDSM Crew

Alright... so there are allegations going around that Howard and sister Bonnie the sex chocolate queen enlisted the help of a BDSM-alternative lifestyles chick (Nelda AKA Rose) to dig up dirt on Virgie Arthur. It is also being alleged they were trying to dig up dirt on Larry Birkhead and Jack Harding... anything they could use to try to save Howie and make everyone else look bad.

Suposingly members of this "secret" Howie internet group are starting to "see the light" and are now coming out to speak the truth about the behind the scene workings of Howie & Bon Bon. Virgie and John O'quinn still seem to think they have some sort of a case that Howie has ruined her reputation. As I have said before.... what is she suing for... what are her losses?

I don't know about you but I can't see why this suit hasn't been thrown out. I think it is absolutely ridiculous for Virgie to sue bloggers. First of all, what is the point? What does she think she will gain.

Has Virgie lost anything as a result? What can she sue for.

I am sure I have said negative things about everyone involved in this saga at one point or another. Does that mean that everyone should drag everyone into court who says anything negative online?

Should be interesting.

Anyway, on a more positive note. Dannielynn and daddy Birkhead will be doing the Dannielynn House for Habitat for Humanity on the 25th. I haven't heard anything about the recovery of her eye after surgery. Would be nice to get an update.

Jones Bahamas article basically says Howard had no idea Daniel was using any drugs. This is bull because if Birkhead was aware of it then Howard definately was aware of it since he lived up Anna's butt.

This Nassau Gaurdian article talks about how Howard's testimony brought Virgie to tears has he describes the events that took place in the hospital room when Daniel died. It also talks of Howard denying claims made by Ford Shelly that Howard flushed pills down the toilet.

And in other news. QV's site has a bunch of new court docs regarding the subpoenas being served to Howard's bloggers that he and sister Stern allegedly used to dig up dirt on Camp Virgie. Stern testified that such bloggers did not exist. Now he is asking for a delay until the inquest until the death of Daniel Smith is over.

Arthur & Birkhead - Double Standards???

Articles blasted Virgie Arthur as a villan when it was discovered that a deal was trying to get cut to capture Virgie Arthurts trip to visit the cemetary in the Bahamas. Just days later, a trip by Larry Birkhead and baby Dannielynn is being glamorized by Entertainment Tonight. Is this a double standard?

I wonder what Mr. Harris will say about this one.

If this is true it wasn't too bright for Camp Virgie to try to sell to Entertainment Tonight considering they are buddy buddy with Camp Stern. Did she think this would not come back to haunt her? Come on... get smart people.

Virgie Arthur on Geraldo

Geraldo had a small segment on Anna Nicole Smith this evening. He interviewed Virgie Arthur (haven't seen her on TV in a while). Basically she talked a little bit about the death of Daniel Smith. She said that she believed that someone gave Daniel the methadone to intentionally harm him. Virgie said that she did not know why someone would want to harm Daniel but that she hoped everyone would continue to dig.

In reference to Dannielyn, Virgie Arthur said that she believed the babies eye problem was as a result of Anna's drug use. She stated that no one in the family has that condition. That statement directly contradicts Donna Hogan's statement that this condition is something that many people have had on Anna's father's side of the family.

Virgie said once again that she did not want any of the Marshall estate. (I personally do not believe anyone is going to get anything out of the Marshall estate but that is just my opinion.)

There was something I found strange about the interview. When Virgie was asked about the death of her grandson, Daniel, she was smiling while talking about thinking that someone intentionally harmed him. I thought the great big smile was really strange.

Inquest Testimony - The Pictures

"I was totally shocked he was taking pictures of a dead child laying in that bed," Thompson testified at the inquest into the death while being questioned by a lawyer for Anna Nicole's long-estranged mother, Virgie Arthur.

Stern said the photographs "might be worth some money one day," Thompson testified.

Camp Stern Bloggers Get Served Subpoenas

Ok... I just visited annanicoleandhowardkstern.com and almost peed my pants I laughed so hard. Well the other day I read Howard K. Stern's deposition where he testified that he had not had any dealings with any bloggers gathering info for him of on his behalf ect ect. Well now all the bloggers that he has denied were gathering dirt for him have been served subpoenas. Camp Virgie is demanding all e-mails and whatnots and copies of hard drives. You gotta love it. If this is true isn't that a crime.. I mean if Howard and his attorneys were lying saying that this stuff never happened. Can a lawyer get in trouble if he was aware of the e-mails? I mean according to QV's site, some of the bloggers had direct communication with Wood - right?

Anyway - this is all so dysfunctional that you can't help but laugh

Daniel Smith's Death was an "Intentional Overdose"

Yes, that is what the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner, Hern testified today when questioned by Bernard Turner, the Director of Public Prosecutions. Howard K. Stern and Virgie Arthur were both at the Bahamas inquest today. The inquest will resume tomorrow.

Arthur's camp have in the past suggested the reason Stern has legal representation, as he is not related to Daniel, is because he is worried about damaging details that may emerge about him. When asked about this on the way out, Stern questions Arthur's presence and says he is an "interested party". When asked if he is worried about details that may emerge, he first ignores the question and continues to walk away, before turning around to say it is a "very emotional process for me? much more than Virgie because Daniel was actually in my life". He then adds "I'd appreciate it if you respect that". The video also shows Arthur's US attorney Neil McCabe talking about what will be happening in the inquest this week, saying he hopes the truth comes out and to find out whether or not Stern was involved in the death.

Today's Art Harris Post

Basically its saying that Camp Stern is saying that Camp Virgie is behind Cosby's book and that it was all a part of a plan to discredit him and make him look bad. Well duh... the general public could have told them that most of her sources were from camp Virgie.

One thought I had on the post was that it states pretty much that it was camp Virgie and John O'Quinn brining crazy stuff to the public about Stern. I would have to disagree with that. I remember the days when John O'Quinn was brining up stuff every night on the news and basically everything he brought up was first brought to the public by TMZ.com. So is they are really going to go after whoever is responsible for info about the date that Anna Nicole's will was faxed and stuff like that then he should be suing TMZ.

Neil McCabe - Not Going to Be Intimidated by Camp Stern

Neil McCabe (Virgie Arthurs Lawyer), in a carefully worded interview recorded by Splash, says they are not going to be intimidated by Camp Stern and are investigating wether to go after Stern for involvement with the death of Daniel Smith. He said they are continuing their investigation and also mentioned Camp Stern's attempts to throw monkey wrenches into the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith.

He Said She Said

Alright, everyone seems to have their panties in an uproar today over one silly statement that Lincoln Bain suposingly made. Lincoln Bain suposingly told Art Harris that Virgie said she was at the inquest on behalf of Daniel Smith's estate in Texas. First of all no one knows if she said it or not or if Lincoln just twisted the words a bit.

She probably just said that she was there on behalf of Daniel which would make sense being he is her grandson. It is amazing that everyone is freaking out now. Unless some court document appears showing her as executor of some Daniel Smith estate I would just relax people!

Jury Selected for the Inquest into Anna Nicole Smith's Son

The inquest into the death of Daniel Smith, the 20 year old son of Anna Nicole Smith, who died under suspicious circumstances in his mother Bahamas hospital room began again today more than a year after his death.

A jury of 7 was selected today consisting of four women and three men. Like so many times in the past, there will be another delay. This time the delay is blamed on Hurricane Noel which is expected to hit the Bahamas on Wednesday. The inquest will resume again on November 19th.

It is being reported that Virgie Arthur, the estranged mother of Anna Nicole Smith was at the court today. Virgie has vowed to be at all of the court sessions involving the death of her grandson, Daniel Smith.

Entertainment Tonight, which does a lot of business with Howard K. Stern was there at the
court house.
