According to bald man, Art Harris, the Seminole Police in Broward County Florida do not want to help out Howard K. Stern in his defimation of character lawsuit. Apparently he had tried to have the police investigation records subpoenaed and instead of complying they decided to file a motion to quash the request. Basically to “quash” means they would be voiding the subpoena.
QV has reported that Judge Chinn isn’t so happy with camp Stern either after his Lawyer Lin Wood released transcripts to Art Harris. Judge Chin had previously ordered that these documents not be made public at this point. I double that it was Wood that released them, Howard K. Stern most likely sold them to Art Harris, I mean – he has to make a living some how right?

Anna Nicole Smith - One Lawsuit Down - 5 Billion to Go
Art Harris just posted that Mark Hatten has lost his civil lawsuit against Howard K. Stern for 100 Million dollars. (Mark was probably watching Dr. Evil too much in Austin Powers) Anyway - this isn't exactly news or a suprise. Come on did anyone think he actually had any standing?

Basically its saying that Camp Stern is saying that Camp Virgie is behind Cosby's book and that it was all a part of a plan to discredit him and make him look bad. Well duh... the general public could have told them that most of her sources were from camp Virgie.
One thought I had on the post was that it states pretty much that it was camp Virgie and John O'Quinn brining crazy stuff to the public about Stern. I would have to disagree with that. I remember the days when John O'Quinn was brining up stuff every night on the news and basically everything he brought up was first brought to the public by TMZ.com. So is they are really going to go after whoever is responsible for info about the date that Anna Nicole's will was faxed and stuff like that then he should be suing TMZ.

Alright, everyone seems to have their panties in an uproar today over one silly statement that Lincoln Bain suposingly made. Lincoln Bain suposingly told Art Harris that Virgie said she was at the inquest on behalf of Daniel Smith's estate in Texas. First of all no one knows if she said it or not or if Lincoln just twisted the words a bit.
She probably just said that she was there on behalf of Daniel which would make sense being he is her grandson. It is amazing that everyone is freaking out now. Unless some court document appears showing her as executor of some Daniel Smith estate I would just relax people!

Eroshevich Looks at Items Siezed by Investigators
According to Art Harris, Kris Eroshevich had a chance to go to court and look through the items that were seized during the recent raid. She did not want the prosecutor to see any of the items so she opted to have all items copied and sent to her so she can review them in her home. After she reviews them she has until Dec. 3rd of 4th (I can’t remember the exact date) to request they be returned due to patient client confidentiality.
OK… this is what I don’t understand. She is being for investigated for possible misconduct with her patients so of course they are going to need so review things that involve her patients. Duh!

Oh what a tangled web we weave...
Well it’s been an exciting day for all the Anna Nicole drama followers and bloggers. Lets see we had the Nassau Guardian, a newspaper in the Bahamas print a story about Rita Cosby jumping on an attorney in attempts to grab a tape made of her. In the process she allegedly tore his shirt. This of course gets Greta back on the ball where she has Mr. Controversy do a phone interview on fox last night claiming Rita Cosby was trying to put the moves on him. (scary visual)
Then we had the announcement that Virgie has now jumped in the ring with a brand new lawsuit filed in Texas against Howard K. Stern for defimation of character (I thought you first had to have character). Oh, and now there are rumors that the two nannies may sue Rita Cosby for using them in her book without ever speaking to them.
Then of course there was Art Harris’s hilarious commentary on his phone calls from Debra Opri (who I have asked to give a statement but have not gotten a response as of today). I am wondering where Larry Birkhead’s suit is and if there will be one. It will raise some serious suspicion if there isn’t one. Perhaps he is just sick of all this and wants to just live his life left alone with his daughter.
Something else that I have been wondering today is – is it me or does it seem very very mysterious that TMZ has nothing to say about any of this yet?
