Alright, everyone seems to have their panties in an uproar today over one silly statement that Lincoln Bain suposingly made. Lincoln Bain suposingly told Art Harris that Virgie said she was at the inquest on behalf of Daniel Smith's estate in Texas. First of all no one knows if she said it or not or if Lincoln just twisted the words a bit.
She probably just said that she was there on behalf of Daniel which would make sense being he is her grandson. It is amazing that everyone is freaking out now. Unless some court document appears showing her as executor of some Daniel Smith estate I would just relax people!

Lincoln Bain Assists FBI in Anna Nicole Investigation
The Nassau Guardian is reporting that a video tape of Controversy TV that interviewed the Anna Nicole Smith nannies is now in the hands of the FBI and may have played a crucial role in the investigation into the two doctors (Eroshevich and Kapoor) who prescribed mediation to Anna Nicole Smith.
Why Now?
As you all know I have been really upset about these pictures of Anna Nicole and her son that are being aired. When I saw the non-blurred picture on Lincoln Bain’s sight I completely lost my breath. I was shocked because I was completely not expecting it.
Since the airing of Geraldo this weekend, and then the distasteful posting of the non-blurred pictures on Lincoln Bain’s sight I have been haunted of the question why? Why would anyone feel the need to post these pictures?
A while back it was reported in the news that someone was trying to sell these pictures to the media for 200k. Now Ford Shelly has gone on Geraldo with these pictures. Does this show then that it was Ford Shelly who had the pictures and was trying to sell them?
On Saturday Ford Shelly was trying to make it seem as though he was upset by these photos and was going to turn them into the authorities. Why now? Why not before? If he was truly concerned about them wouldn’t he have turned them over then and why would he have been trying to sell them to the media?
Another thing that comes to mind is that this family has always claimed to have cared for Anna, if this were true then wouldn’t they be concerned for the mental well being of Anna’s daughter and the effects this will have on her when she has to see her mother holding her dead brother posted all over the internet?
Where is the outcry from Anna’s mother Virgie? If this were my daughter and grandson I would be all over the media fighting for this crap to be removed. Why is Virgie silent?

Really Freaked Out!!!!!
Alright I am really freaked out. I went on to Lincoln Bain's website and there in a giant display was the picture of Anna Nicole Smith with her dead son. Gross!!!! At least with Geraldo, he warned you it was coming so you had the option of turning the channel. Geraldo also blurred out the face. Lincoln Bain does not do that.... its right there BAM in your face... no warning... no blurr. That is not something that I wanted to see. I don't think it is anything anyone should see. That picture needs to be taken down IMMEDIATELY. I do not think that is something that Dannielynn needs to see one day. I do not think that is anything anyone should see. I am really freaked out!!!!

A New York judge has ordered a conference between laywers for Cosby and Stern for October 18 to discuss the issue of witness tampering. The order comes as a response to a request by Lin Wood.

Lincoln Bain Gay??
James Edstrom of Timessquaregossip.com is claiming that Lincoln Bain made passes at him outside of Fox in New York City. Now I have no idea if this claim or true or not but I’ll tell you one thing, it made me laugh and it was a very entertaining story.
Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson Seeking Big Time NY Lawyer
Well the Anna Nicole drama once again is making titles in the Nassau Guardian. Today in an article Thomas Brown, it was revealed that Bain and Thomson are seeking legal advice from a high powered attorney in NYC.

My Two Cents
OK… It is obvious that Rita Cosby wrote a book without reliable sources and without being able to clearly confirm the gossip she wrote about. I am pretty sure that no one will argue against that.
Now here is where I think it gets a little shady. I believe that at some point Don Clark or someone was told a lie that the nannies saw this bogus video. I believe that the nannies themselves at some point told someone this. I believe that Lincoln Bain knows this, and was either a part of it directly or not – who knows.
I believe that Rita was set up in some way by these people. Lincoln Bain has been inconsistent as does not answer why he said that Nadine saw the video tape. He also conveniently cannot find his own tape of the day in question. I am not sure of who was behind this set up, and why they did it. I do believe that if Rita really believed that a tape existed, it was her responsibility to confirm this belief with real tangible evidence rather than going off of rumors.

Don Clark said basically that Elizabeth Thompson was right there in the room when the tape was mentioned Don Clark said that both Elizabeth Thompson and Lincoln Bain where there when they made the comments. Don Clark said that Elizabeth kept asking for money that he was unwilling to pay.
Lincoln Bain never really directly answered any of the quesitons that he was asked and at times made no sense at all.
At the end the crew on Geraldo's show took a vote on who they believed - Don Clark or Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson. I think the majority went with Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson.
I guess I could argue this either way.

A Few Words From Rita's Lawyer
Rita Cosby’s lawyer appeared on Fox’s morning show today to discuss the new taped conversation drama. She wanted to make a point that Rita Cosby has never changed her story and that it is Lincoln Bain who has changed his story. Initially Lincoln Bain had said that the nannies told him that they had seen a sex video of Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, now Lincoln Bain has changed his story and is saying that the nannies did not see any such video.
Rita Cosby’s lawyer has advised her to not do interviews at this time.

Another Lincoln Bain Inconsistency
Well yet another inconsistency in addition to the one I just posted, now it turns out there is an audio tape of Lincoln Bain stating that the nannies admitted to viewing the "sex tape" and that he believed them.

Wow - I just listened to a new tape (not the one on ET or Greta last night). On this one you can hear Rita and her boyfriend desperately trying to convince Lincoln Bain to speak with the nannies.
