Judge Chin Approves Delay to Team Cosby

Judge Chin has approved a delay to team Cosby in regards to Camp Stern's recent request to have Ms. Cosby stopped from any more attempts to tamper with witnesses. The judge granted a delay until November 13 for camp Cosby to return to camp Stern's complaints.

A New York judge has ordered a conference between laywers for Cosby and Stern for October 18 to discuss the issue of witness tampering. The order comes as a response to a request by Lin Wood.

A Few Words From Rita's Lawyer

Rita Cosby’s lawyer appeared on Fox’s morning show today to discuss the new taped conversation drama. She wanted to make a point that Rita Cosby has never changed her story and that it is Lincoln Bain who has changed his story. Initially Lincoln Bain had said that the nannies told him that they had seen a sex video of Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, now Lincoln Bain has changed his story and is saying that the nannies did not see any such video.

Rita Cosby’s lawyer has advised her to not do interviews at this time.

Another Lincoln Bain Inconsistency

Well yet another inconsistency in addition to the one I just posted, now it turns out there is an audio tape of Lincoln Bain stating that the nannies admitted to viewing the "sex tape" and that he believed them.

Rita's Got a Tape of Her Own

It may not be over for Rita yet. Turns out that Rita has a tape of her own that is going to be released to the media shortly. And after what I just discovered about Lincoln Bains prevoius statements maybe things aren't quite as they seem. There may be much more to this then we thought.

Rita Cosby Claws at Lincoln Bain Like A Desperate Mad Women

Wow - I just listened to a new tape (not the one on ET or Greta last night). On this one you can hear Rita and her boyfriend desperately trying to convince Lincoln Bain to speak with the nannies. In the middle of the tape Bain notices her recorder in her pocket and grabs it. She becomes frantic - you can hear a huge scuffle and Bain Screaming RITA TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF ME - HELP SECURITY

Fox Receives Stack of Tapes of Rita Cosby

Greta has announced that she has received a stack of audio tapes of Rita Cosby conversations. On one of the tapes you can hear the scuffle that I spoke of earlier where Rita jumps on someone and tears their shirt. At least I am hoping that is the tape they received. Anyway it should be an entertaining tonight on Greta because fox has flown the guy in who provided the tapes and they will be discussing them tonight. So far Rita Cosby has not been heard from to give her side. Go Greta... Go Greta !

More Rita Cosby Tapes

Greta just played additional clips of Rita Cosby trying to meet with the two nannies in the Bahamas, clips that were not played on Entertainment Tonight. Greta didn't eleborate on it too much, just that she was going to play the rest tomorrow night and she once against gave Rita Cosby an open invitation to come on the show and explain herself.

Oh what a tangled web we weave...

Well it’s been an exciting day for all the Anna Nicole drama followers and bloggers. Lets see we had the Nassau Guardian, a newspaper in the Bahamas print a story about Rita Cosby jumping on an attorney in attempts to grab a tape made of her. In the process she allegedly tore his shirt. This of course gets Greta back on the ball where she has Mr. Controversy do a phone interview on fox last night claiming Rita Cosby was trying to put the moves on him. (scary visual)

Then we had the announcement that Virgie has now jumped in the ring with a brand new lawsuit filed in Texas against Howard K. Stern for defimation of character (I thought you first had to have character). Oh, and now there are rumors that the two nannies may sue Rita Cosby for using them in her book without ever speaking to them.

Then of course there was Art Harris’s hilarious commentary on his phone calls from Debra Opri (who I have asked to give a statement but have not gotten a response as of today). I am wondering where Larry Birkhead’s suit is and if there will be one. It will raise some serious suspicion if there isn’t one. Perhaps he is just sick of all this and wants to just live his life left alone with his daughter.

Something else that I have been wondering today is – is it me or does it seem very very mysterious that TMZ has nothing to say about any of this yet?
