Howard on the court fight for the body of Anna Nicole Smith - That trial was a two week TV audition for Judge Seidlin. He does think the guy should be sitting on the bench. It should have been a two hour hearing and that is it.
Lin Wood – Urges people to follow the upcoming cases with Rita Cosby and John O’quinn ect to learn the truth as he feels that those cases will be handled appropriately – unlike the situation with Seidling (major paraphrasing here – will post a real transcript once one becomes available.

Linn Wood says Virgie Arthur is trying to turn this into a meal ticket. Greta asked Howard once again how he is supporting himself and he said he is still being supported financially by his parents. Howard had some lame answers concerning why he didn’t have issues with her sleeping around with other guys if they were supposingly in love. I just wanted her to be happy blah blah lie blah blah
Greta - On the Dufflebag
Howard K. Stern tells Greta that Larry lied about Anna being in the hospital to detox and implied basically that his lawyer, Debra Opri, had him make up stuff about the duffle bag of drugs.

Howard is now on Fox with his buddy Lin Wood. Howard accused Greta of using stolen videos for ratings. Howard began the show with very hostile statements, and Greta basically said well you can settle your beef with me here.
Howard says he will be eternally grateful if Larry continues to allow him to be in Dannielynn’s life. When asked if he and Larry were friends he said that they were both battling many common characters blah blah blah and then said yes that they were friends.

Tonight on Greta
Don't forget to watch Howard K. Stern go "On the Record" with Greta for a full hour ! Will she go easy on him? Did she promise him to take it easy on him? After the way she has been exposing him for the creep that he is I am suprised that he is even having the guts to go on her show.

Ruling to be Accidental Death
Greta had a woman on the phone last night who was a local Bahama's news person or something to that effect. Well anyway, the woman basically said that the general feeling inside the courtroom was that the Daniel's death was going to be ruled an accidental death. I kinda figured that.
BANG! More explosives about to go off in the Anna Nicole drama!
Tonight on Greta should be a definite explosion of new chaos. BANG! Suposingly now there is a mystery guess who says that last May the nannies had told them also that they had seen this “sex tape” being talked about in the Rita Cosby book. According to the source, they wanted payment for their testimony though and backed out when their demands were not made.
So, did someone pay them to change their story and say they never said that? Is the mystery guess just another joker?
Lin Wood Allegedly called Greta today and “was coming out swinging”. This whole case is absolutely insane. I think Anna Nicole achieved fame in a way she never though.

Fox Receives Stack of Tapes of Rita Cosby
Greta has announced that she has received a stack of audio tapes of Rita Cosby conversations. On one of the tapes you can hear the scuffle that I spoke of earlier where Rita jumps on someone and tears their shirt. At least I am hoping that is the tape they received. Anyway it should be an entertaining tonight on Greta because fox has flown the guy in who provided the tapes and they will be discussing them tonight. So far Rita Cosby has not been heard from to give her side. Go Greta... Go Greta !
More Rita Cosby Tapes
Greta just played additional clips of Rita Cosby trying to meet with the two nannies in the Bahamas, clips that were not played on Entertainment Tonight. Greta didn't eleborate on it too much, just that she was going to play the rest tomorrow night and she once against gave Rita Cosby an open invitation to come on the show and explain herself.

I visited Greta's site today (http://www.foxnews.com/ontherecord/index.html) and she had the following statement posted
"Rita Cosby has an open invitation to appear on the show to answer allegations others have lobbed at her"
I personally think that if Rita Cosby were smart she would try to just dissappear like Donna Hogan did. Her ship seems to be sinking.

Rita Cosby Acused of Making Sexual Advances Towards Lincoln Bain
Tonight on Greta, Mr. Lincoln Bain (AKA Mr. Controversy) made claims that once Rita Cosby realized that they were not going to make a deal with her she made sexual advances towards him. He also claimed to have tapes of all their conversations where she attempts to pay monies for the testimonies of the two former nannies of Anna Nicole.
Greta said that she had known Rita Cosby for a long time and found it hard to believe that this were true. She said he should give her the tapes so she can hear for herself.
I guess we will have to wait to see if these tapes appear.

Why Howard Shouldn't Sue Rita Cosby
Greta Van Sustren had her legal panel discuss Howard K. Stern's recent comments made to Entertainment Tonight about his reaction to Rita Cosby's new best selling "Blonde Ambition" book.
Greta asked her panel wether or not they thought Howard would go thru with his threats to sue Rita Cosby for defemation.
Jim Hammer reponded that he did not believe Howard would not file a law suit because he will not want to open himself up to questioning in a trial.
John Q. Kelly agrees that filing a lawsuit will open up doors that they do not want open. John Q. Kelly also addressed Mr. Stern's statements that Dannielynn would need counceling as a result of having to read about all this one day saying that Mr. Stern was the one who caused a multi-month 3-ring circus and caused more damage than anyone by refusing to take a simple blood-test.
Bernie Grimm states also that to sue Rita Cosby knew it was false and went ahead with this anyway.
Another interesting twist was put on this saying that perhaps Rita Cosby should sue Howard for his recent comments stating that Rita was either stupid or a liar.
Greta then went on to poke fun at Howard saying that Howard didn't have anything worth suing for, that he was living in a house that wasn't him and borrowing money from his parents to live off of.
I personally don't think he is living off of his parents. Everyone knows he is still living off of Anna, and now off of Anna's baby girl.
