Howard on the court fight for the body of Anna Nicole Smith - That trial was a two week TV audition for Judge Seidlin. He does think the guy should be sitting on the bench. It should have been a two hour hearing and that is it.

Linn Wood says Virgie Arthur is trying to turn this into a meal ticket. Greta asked Howard once again how he is supporting himself and he said he is still being supported financially by his parents. Howard had some lame answers concerning why he didn’t have issues with her sleeping around with other guys if they were supposingly in love. I just wanted her to be happy blah blah lie blah blah

1) I was very suprised to hear that Shelly actually showed up for the inquest. Wasn't he suposed to get arrested or something for going into the Horizon's and taking stuff?
2) Speaking of Shelly, if he had proof the house was his, why didn't he show up in court to fight to get it back?

Camp Stern Bloggers Get Served Subpoenas
Ok... I just visited annanicoleandhowardkstern.com and almost peed my pants I laughed so hard. Well the other day I read Howard K. Stern's deposition where he testified that he had not had any dealings with any bloggers gathering info for him of on his behalf ect ect. Well now all the bloggers that he has denied were gathering dirt for him have been served subpoenas. Camp Virgie is demanding all e-mails and whatnots and copies of hard drives. You gotta love it. If this is true isn't that a crime.. I mean if Howard and his attorneys were lying saying that this stuff never happened. Can a lawyer get in trouble if he was aware of the e-mails? I mean according to QV's site, some of the bloggers had direct communication with Wood - right?

Fascinating Story of Lies, Manipulation, and Deception by Camp Stern
I am sure that most of you who stop by this site are also frequent readers of QV's site. I have been reading her stories about the lies, deception, and manipulation of camp Stern. It is fascinating to me that this man and his team of lawyers would go into the internet world and manipulate bloggers and play these types of games.

A person of character would never have to go thru so much efforts to try to make himself look good and others bad. I am so glad that Dannielynn is no longer is this guys custody but at the same time, these people are still surrounding the poor girl.

Howard K. Stern - Court Papers Everywhere
According to bald man, Art Harris, the Seminole Police in Broward County Florida do not want to help out Howard K. Stern in his defimation of character lawsuit. Apparently he had tried to have the police investigation records subpoenaed and instead of complying they decided to file a motion to quash the request. Basically to “quash” means they would be voiding the subpoena.
QV has reported that Judge Chinn isn’t so happy with camp Stern either after his Lawyer Lin Wood released transcripts to Art Harris. Judge Chin had previously ordered that these documents not be made public at this point. I double that it was Wood that released them, Howard K. Stern most likely sold them to Art Harris, I mean – he has to make a living some how right?

Basically its saying that Camp Stern is saying that Camp Virgie is behind Cosby's book and that it was all a part of a plan to discredit him and make him look bad. Well duh... the general public could have told them that most of her sources were from camp Virgie.
One thought I had on the post was that it states pretty much that it was camp Virgie and John O'Quinn brining crazy stuff to the public about Stern. I would have to disagree with that. I remember the days when John O'Quinn was brining up stuff every night on the news and basically everything he brought up was first brought to the public by TMZ.com. So is they are really going to go after whoever is responsible for info about the date that Anna Nicole's will was faxed and stuff like that then he should be suing TMZ.

Larry King Live - Howard K. Stern Interview
OK... It went pretty much how I thought it would go. Kinda boring. The two parts I found amusing where when Howard claimed that “this was the first time he heard” the Rita Cosby tape when Larry King played the clip. I personally find that hard to believe since he seems to be very friendly with Entertainment Tonight.
The other thing I found amusing and hard to believe is that his family is financially supporting him LOL Does anyone believe this? I just find that so hard to believe. I was actually starting to soften on my view of him until he said that. I mean come on.
Lin Wood seems like a sharp guy though.

No Fears
Well O'Reilly didn't back down despite threats from Lin Wood to go after media. NBC backed down and canceled Rita Cosby today but O'Reilly let her come on. He kept his nose clean though and it was a pretty boring interview. Rita said um-hmmm about a thousand times but beyond that it seems she knows what she was getting into.
I said it before and I'll say it again. I do not believe that Jackie Hatton is a credible source, but I do believe there are alot of questions left unanswered and I do not think this will ever go away until the complete truth is revealed.
These questions include the inquest into Daniel's death, what the private deal was between Larry and Howard and why Erosovich is allowed to still practice medicine after she supplied Anna with lethal amounts of medication.
Larry Birkhead will be appearing on CNN at 9ET on Larry King Live. He will be interviewed by his pal Harvey from TMZ. Harvey Levin alwasy has the goods. Should be interesting.

No Comment From TMZ
Out of curiosity I sent an e-mail to TMZ.com today asking why the two original stories they printed about allegations raised against Birkhead and Stern removed. I specifically asked if they were removed out of fear of retailiation from Stern's lawyer, Lin Wood. It is being reported that Lin Wood is sending letters around to the media threatening lawsuits if they reprint Rita Cosby's allegations.

Threats From Camp Stern
Despite threatening letters being sent out by Lin Wood, the well known defamation lawyer hired by Howard K. Stern, O’Reilly has the guts to interview Rita Cosby to hear her side of the story.
It has been reported that the Today Show did not share the same bravery. Rita Cosby was cancelled from their show after receiving the Lin Wood letter.
I can understand the writer of the book being sued if it turns out that her book is a crock and judging from past interviews seen of Jackie Hatton I am sure the book is filled with a lot of bogus claims, but what I don’t understand is why Today show can be sued just for taking one person’s side of the story.
How can anyone every get to the bottom of the truth if everyone is silenced by camp Stern
