Dannielynn Birkhead May Need Surgery Again

Larry Birkhead says Dannielynn may need another surgery for her Strabismus. Currently her eye is still being patched occassionally to make sure her eyes stay equally strong.

Larry also told US Magazine that he was in the hospital for a week in July with kidney stones.

Baby Birkhead Moving to Loiusville, Kentucky

Daddy Birkhead has bought a 10,000 square foot home in Louisville, Kentucky so that he can give Dannielynn a better life. Birkhead is reported saying that Anna's former California home does not have a yard or friends for Dannielynn to play with.

He is considering selling Anna's home. I wonder if he had to get Howie's permission.

Hanging Low

Before heading off to hammer it up at Habitat for Humanity project "Dannielynn's House", Birkhead and baby birkhead were hanging low in Palm Beach for about a week. They did the disney thing and checked out some real estate.

I don't know about you but I can't see why this suit hasn't been thrown out. I think it is absolutely ridiculous for Virgie to sue bloggers. First of all, what is the point? What does she think she will gain.

Has Virgie lost anything as a result? What can she sue for.

I am sure I have said negative things about everyone involved in this saga at one point or another. Does that mean that everyone should drag everyone into court who says anything negative online?

Should be interesting.

Anyway, on a more positive note. Dannielynn and daddy Birkhead will be doing the Dannielynn House for Habitat for Humanity on the 25th. I haven't heard anything about the recovery of her eye after surgery. Would be nice to get an update.

There have been rumors that Entertainment Tonight is paying Larry Birkhead $250,000 to do a film of Dannielynn's surgery, or maybe not necessarily the surgery but the before and after moments in the hospital ect.

Baby & Birkhead 1.7 Million Dollar Photo's

According this article, Birkhead received 1.7 million dollars for those Birkhead & Baby pictures printed in OK magazine when he was first reunited with the baby. If someone offered you 1.7 million dollars for pics of you and your kid would you do it? I would... in a heartbeat : )

I personally don't think there was anything wrong with the OK Magazine pictures. I did however, think it was distasteful do have ET filming the babies visit to the grave and that whole saga.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville (HFHML) is proud to announce that native Louisvillian Larry Birkhead is sponsoring the construction of new a Habitat home. The house will be called “Dannielynn’s House: In Memory of Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith,” named in honor of both Birkhead’s daughter, her mother, the late Anna Nicole Smith and brother Daniel Wayne Smith.
“This entire project is about the strength it takes to be a single parent—the difficulties you have to face,” said Birkhead. “I can really relate to that now, raising Dannielynn on my own. Anna Nicole's struggle as a single parent with her son Daniel was another reason that inspired my sponsorship of "Dannielynn's House."
A single mother and her three daughters, two of whom have Spina Bifida, will purchase Dannielynn’s House upon its completion.
Birkhead’s sponsorship involves covering half the construction costs of the home and working alongside volunteers during the “Raise the Roof” weekend. A Ground Blessing ceremony will take place April 25th to celebrate the beginning of construction. Women for Habitat (WFH) will coordinate the volunteer effort for the “Raise the Roof” weekend of April 25th and 26th. Court Moved to March 14 Per Birkhead's Lawyer

Tuesday's hearing regarding Howard K. Stern's petition to have Dannielynn named Smith's sole heir has been postponed until March. 14. Larry Birkhead's attorny Adam Streisaind made the request.

Adam Streisaind is the lawyer that Britney tried to retain today but was unable to since legally she is unable to enter into any contracts for the time being. Her previous lawyers were Trope and Trope which is also where Rone Rale works. Small world.

Entertainment Tonight is advertising that they will be Birkhead getting emotional and crying on tonights show. ET really knows how to milk an interview. They can get a full week of shows out of one 5 minute interview.

What is Strabismus?

Strabismus, more commonly known as cross-eyed or wall-eyed, is a vision condition in which a person can not align both eyes simultaneously under normal conditions. One or both of the eyes may turn in, out, up or down. It is estimated that up to 5 percent of all children have some type or degree of strabismus.

Dannielynn Birkhead's Eye Problems

If you remember from a while back, it was reported that Dannielynn had a problem with strabismus, which is when you go cross-eyed. You could see that one of her eyes had this problem from the earliest pictures that surfaced of the little girl.

Now it is being reported that she has been wearing a eye patch as some sort of treatment to try to correct the proble. Daddy Birkhead has been wearing an eye-patch too, and she even has a baby doll that wears a patch to show her its ok.

According to a recent report, Birkhead is hesitant to have corrective surgery performed after losing his father to a simple surgery.

Court Court and More Court

While Lin Wood was in NYC today with Rita Cosby's lawyer asking judge to make Rita Cosby stop tampering with witnesses, Stern & estate lawyers were in another court requesting judge to make Dannielynn sole heir to the Anna Nicole Estate. As you remember, Dannielynn was not included in the will as it was written before she was born and before the death of her son Daniel . Stern has also a request to set up a trust account for the baby.

And if you that that was enough court there is more. In LA, Stern's attorny Bruce Ross fought against the Texas Dr. who was trying to sell footage of Anna's breast surgery AND in another court hearing today Attorney's for Anna and Trimspa were due to meet for suits concerning injuries related to injuries allegedly caused by those who took Trimspa.
