Daniel Smith Inquest

Tomorrow the jurors will once again assemble in the Bahamas to continue hearing witnesses in the inquest to the death of Daniel Smith. More than a year after the death of Daniel Smith the inquest has just barely gotten started. Many think that inquest is a waste of time; some for the reason that they simply see the young man’s death as a tragic death, and other who think that there is more to it but that the officials in the Bahamas will not dig deep enough to ever really know what happened.

There have been many delays in the inquest, I guess we will find out tomorrow if there will be more delays announced.

C. Ben Thomson a No Show in the Bahamas Today

It is being reported that once again C. Ben Thompson has not showed up for court in the Bahamas. He was scheduled to show in court today to begin to sourt out this mess. Messing meaning the many questions still lingering around Anna Nicole's death. Does he own the Horizons; did he break in the day Anna Nicole died, Is he violating court orders ect ect.

There have been claimes that C. Ben Thompson is fearful of returning to Bahamas because believes he will be arrested if he goes there. The court sounds like they are fed up and have orded the procedings to start anyway today without him. A lawyer will stand in his place.

I cannot say for certain, but I am sure that Pinder (his lawyer) has adviced him not to go there. If Howard K. Stern manages to get away with taking a free house I will be absolutely amazed. Sounds like the Bahamas is truly a paradise for the "shady".
