Lawyers for Eroshevich were in court today protesting that the warrant was too broad and wanted to reclaim some of there items. I am sure they did. Anyway - they are trying to say that these items were doctor - patient private. Somehow I don't think that will cut it.
Anyway - Dr. Kapoor couldn't make court today and will appear December 4th or the 5th - I can't remember. Seems like a long way off.

What was seized?
ET is reporting that some of the items that were taken with the search warrants on Friday included computers, copies of airline tickets and a disk with photos of Anna Nicole in the Bahamas. Hmmmmm... I wonder who their source is.
I would think that if Eroshevich had anything shady in her home she would have gotten rid of it months ago. If the authorities wanted to do this what took them so long.

“The California Department of Justice today served search warrants at various doctors’ offices, billing locations, and residences in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties, related to the death of Anna Nicole Smith. The locations searched today are related to doctors who provided medical treatment or prescribed drugs for Anna Nicole Smith or her associates.
On March 30, 2007, the California Department of Justice Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement commenced an investigation into circumstances surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith, including the prescribing and dispensing practices of several California licensed doctors and pharmacies. To date, agents have reviewed over 100,000 computer images and files, analyzed patient profiles and pharmacy logs and interviewed witnesses throughout the country and abroad.
The California Department of Justice is spearheading this investigation with regulatory agencies, medical professionals and law enforcement agencies, including: The California Department of Insurance, the California Medical Board, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Seminole Tribal Police and the Royal Bahamian Police Force.
In view of the fact that the investigation is ongoing, we will not provide further details or report any findings at this time. The California Department of Justice will conduct a fair and thorough investigation and wishes to protect the identity of cooperating witnesses. When our investigation is complete, you will be provided as much information as possible about any suspects, arrests or criminal charges.

The Rumors Are True
Howard K. Stern was at the home of Dr. Khristine Erosovitch the the law enforcement officials arrive to search the home and serve the search warrant. Lin Wood reportedly give a written statement that hew as there because he had left his dogs there before he left for NY earlier on Friday.
The other Dr. that was served was Dr. Kapoor, the Dr. that was shown making out with Anna Nicole in a gay bar on video tape. Not much of a suprise there.

California Search Warrants Issued
California search warrants have been issued involving the death of Anna Nicole Smith....
Not much is being released yet but it is being reported that the search warrants involve several people close to Anna Nicole. One of those people is Dr. Eroshevich.
I am unaware of who the other search warrants were issued to at this time but keep checking back !
