Has Caylee Finally Been Found????
A utility worker found a bag this morning about a 1/2 a mile from Casey Anthony's home. When he picked up the bag a skull came rolling out of it. The remnants of a small body were inside the bag.
There has been no confirmation yet that this is the body of Caylee Anthony.
Fox News earlier said that one of the police on site was overheard saying "we finally found her".

EquuSearch resumed their search today for Caylee Anthony. About 500 volunteers showed up at about 8am today. They were hoping for 5000.

What people don't seem to understand is that it was Clinton who de-regulated the housing loan system. McCain fought to put these regulations back into place. The democrats rejected the claims that a crisis was coming. Boom... here we are in the middle of a crisis caused by the failure fannie mae and freddie mac. Unfortunately no one follows what goes on in congress so its easier to be swayed by catchy phrases and campaign marketing strategies.
I saw a comment above stating they wondered if McCain would a similar ad. McCain's campaign cannot afford to do these ad's because McCain is a man of his word and had agreed to take public financing. Obama made the same promise but broke his promise to the american people because winnning was more important than his word.

Dannielynn Birkhead May Need Surgery Again
Larry Birkhead says Dannielynn may need another surgery for her Strabismus. Currently her eye is still being patched occassionally to make sure her eyes stay equally strong.

George Anthony's Car Searched
A little after 2 in the morning last night, while most of was were sleeping, investigators showed up at the Anthony home and searched the back of George Anthony's car. Some sort of evidence was taken from the spare wheel well.

This was the spirit that brought me to the governor's office when I took on the old politics as usual in Juneau, when I stood up to the special interests, and the lobbyists, and the Big Oil companies, and the good-old boys.
Suddenly, I realized that sudden and relentless reform never sits well with entrenched interests and power-brokers. That's why true reform is so hard to achieve.
But with the support of the citizens of Alaska, we shook things up. And in short order, we put the government of our state back on the side of the people.

I came to office promising major ethics reform to end the culture of self-dealing. And today, that ethics reform is a law.
While I was at it, I got rid of a few things in the governor's office that I didn't believe our citizens should have to pay for. That luxury jet was over-the-top.

We suspended the state fuel tax and championed reform to end the abuses of earmark spending by Congress. I told the Congress, "Thanks, but no thanks," on that Bridge to Nowhere.

If our state wanted to build a bridge, we were going to build it ourselves.

When oil and gas prices went up dramatically and filled up the state treasury, I sent a large share of that revenue back where it belonged: directly to the people of Alaska.

And despite fierce opposition from oil company lobbyists, who kind of liked things the way that they were, we broke their monopoly on power and resources. As governor, I insisted on competition and basic fairness to end their control of our state and return it to the people.

I fought to bring about the largest private-sector infrastructure project in North American history.
And when that deal was struck, we began a nearly $40 billion natural gas pipeline to help lead America to energy independence.

That pipeline, when the last section is laid and its valves are open, will lead America one step farther away from dependence on dangerous foreign powers that do not have our interests at heart.
The stakes for our nation could not be higher. When a hurricane strikes in the Gulf of Mexico, this country should not be so dependent on imported oil that we're forced to draw from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve. And families cannot throw more and more of their paychecks on gas and heating oil.
With Russia wanting to control a vital pipeline in the Caucasus and to divide and intimidate our European allies by using energy as a weapon, we cannot leave ourselves at the mercy of foreign suppliers.

I was wondering if Howard was ever going to get around to taking Ford & Ben Thompson to court for the stolen estate stuff. I guess I had assumed that since there had been nothing reported about it that they made some sort of deal... You know like Howard not pressing charges in return for Ford & Ben to drop the claims on the Horizon's home. But then again why should anything be settled with them if 1) the home did rightfully belong to Anna and then 2) the items were taken illegally.

Some of the items had been turned into South Carolina authorities by Ford Shelly and C. Ben Thompson, but further investigation revealed that the hard drives of the devises had been copied and transferred.
According to Mr. Stern, at a later date Ford Shelly attempted to give some of the taken belongings to Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, and Larry Birkhead informed Shelly that he was not authorized to receive items on behalf of the Anna Nicole Estate. Among the items were personal paintings that Anna had made for Dannielynn.

Howard Loses This Round
Howard K. Stern's motion to dismiss a law suit filed against him by Virgie Arthur for lack of jurisdiction has been denied. The court has decided that it does have jurisdiction over Stern as well as several bloggers and is going to continue with the case.
What I don't understand is this, how can they possibly prove that Stern made Anna Nicole make comments on television about Virgie Arthur. You can't just make an assumption and have no facts to back it. You would have to have some sort of witness coming forward saying he had a gun to her back and made her do it, or some other threat.
I don't know, it just all seems like a waste of time and money to me. I would be really suprised if Stern were to be held liable for Anna's words.

Despite McCain's repeated requests for he and Obama to participate in Town Hall meetings together to give the public the opportunity to speak and question them both together, Obama still remains hidden behind his written speeches. A Blogger has been drawn into the battle between Virgie Arthur and Howard K. Stern. After allegations that Bonnie Stern and Howard had enlisted the help of online bloggers to spread dirt on Virgie Arthur, blogger Nelda RoseTurner of Rosespeaks.com is asking the public to send her money to assist in her legal fees to defend herself against Virgie Arthur.

Alright... so there are allegations going around that Howard and sister Bonnie the sex chocolate queen enlisted the help of a BDSM-alternative lifestyles chick (Nelda AKA Rose) to dig up dirt on Virgie Arthur. Did Howard use Pol' Attue and Patrik Simpson? The reason this question comes to is that right after the death of Anna Nicole, Patrick and Pol' Attue were there arranging the funeral and making her special burial dress fit for a princess. Then all of a sudden poof... they are out of the picture and not allowed to attend the one year anniversary gathering and also no longer allowed in Dannielynn's life. Did something happen to suddenly discount them as true friends after the funeral or were they used.

QV's sight is painting a different picture of how the Birkhead testimony went down. QV's sight says that sources say Birkhead was refusing to answer questions, asking to have a laywer present and was actually threatened with jail time at one point by the magistrate if he did not answer the questions.

Wow ... I am suprised that Larry Birkhead showed up in the Bahamas to testify. I didn't think Howard was going to allow him to. After the sad and suprising death of Anna Nicole, people from all over the world watched in amazement and disbelief as the people of her life sat in a court room for a week straight battling over where to bury her.
The whole world listened to Larry Birkhead testify that Howard K. Stern carried a duffle bag of drugs and was giving Anna Nicole drugs while she was in rehab. Now that Larry & Howard have exchanged the baby and some contracts it will be interesting to hear what his answers are to these questions that will be sure to come up at the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith.

Is Drew Peterson Finally Going Down?
Kathleen Savio's death has now been ruled a homocide by the state. Kathleen is Drew Peterson's third wife who was found dead in a bathtub. The death was orginally found to be accidental but after suspicioun arose when Stacy Peterson (Drew's 4th wife) disappeared, the body of Kathleen was exumed and a new autopsy was performed.
All signs seem to point towards Drew in both cases. Hopefully this loser will be arrested soon and hopefully the body of Stacy Peterson will be found so that the family can get long needed closure.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville (HFHML) is proud to announce that native Louisvillian Larry Birkhead is sponsoring the construction of new a Habitat home. The house will be called “Dannielynn’s House: In Memory of Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith,” named in honor of both Birkhead’s daughter, her mother, the late Anna Nicole Smith and brother Daniel Wayne Smith.
“This entire project is about the strength it takes to be a single parent—the difficulties you have to face,” said Birkhead. “I can really relate to that now, raising Dannielynn on my own. Anna Nicole's struggle as a single parent with her son Daniel was another reason that inspired my sponsorship of "Dannielynn's House."
A single mother and her three daughters, two of whom have Spina Bifida, will purchase Dannielynn’s House upon its completion.
Birkhead’s sponsorship involves covering half the construction costs of the home and working alongside volunteers during the “Raise the Roof” weekend. A Ground Blessing ceremony will take place April 25th to celebrate the beginning of construction. Women for Habitat (WFH) will coordinate the volunteer effort for the “Raise the Roof” weekend of April 25th and 26th. I just read another piece of the QV vs. Rose saga on QV's sight. I think the whole story is absolutely hillarious. Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are planning another lawsuit for another book that is out about Anna Nicole Smith (Portrait of an Icon). Howard K. Stern is claiming that dress making boys and Anna Nicole Smith weren't BFF's afterall. In fact he says they had been removed from her life for about two years for pulling some shady stuff in the past.
Why did they make her wedding dress then? Why did the make her funeral dress? Why did they stay at the horizons for weeks at a time. They seemed to at least be some sort of friends.

Tuesday's hearing regarding Howard K. Stern's petition to have Dannielynn named Smith's sole heir has been postponed until March. 14. Larry Birkhead's attorny Adam Streisaind made the request.
Adam Streisaind is the lawyer that Britney tried to retain today but was unable to since legally she is unable to enter into any contracts for the time being. Her previous lawyers were Trope and Trope which is also where Rone Rale works. Small world.
