A utility worker found a bag this morning about a 1/2 a mile from Casey Anthony's home. When he picked up the bag a skull came rolling out of it. The remnants of a small body were inside the bag.
There has been no confirmation yet that this is the body of Caylee Anthony.
Fox News earlier said that one of the police on site was overheard saying "we finally found her".
More to come!
UPDATE: Equusearch had wanted to search the area where the bag was found earlier but was unable to due to high water and snakes. The following is copied from fox's site:
Mandy Albritton, of EquuSearch -- the group that searched for the missing toddler -- said their workers did not check that location because it was submerged in water when they last looked in the area. When they returned, the site had been fenced off.
One of EquuSearch's volunteers, Deborah Smith, searched the area three times and said "she had a bad feeling" because Anthony had said her daughter was nearby. She said, "it's really wet and steep and there's lots of snakes back there."
"I do believe it's [Caylee Marie]," Smith said.
