There is a listing on ebay for a necklace that is said to belong to the late Anna Nicole Smith. The opening price is $300,000 and as of now there are no bids. There are some weird issues with this posting. For one the ad says the necklace is 12-14ct of high quality diamonds. I would think that for a $300,000 starting price they would be able to tell the exact ct. of diamonds.
The second thing that is a little bit fishy about the ad is that the seller is brand new with no previous listings. There is also no information about the seller. I would think that there would be something known of the seller for this amount of cash. The seller lists there location as California.

Team Greta kicks butt again. They have located the coffee shop where Drew & his stepbrother who allegedly assisted in helping to carry a blue container from Drew's home. Suprisingly when team Greta discovered that when police questioned the very same Crispy Creme, they never asked to see any video's from the night in question despite the fact that the camera's were in plain site. Another Law Firm Files Suit Against the Anna Nicole Smith Estate
Another law firm has jumped in and filed suit against the Anna Nicole Smith Estate. This time it is a Texas law firm operating under the name of Cunningham Darlow LLP. They are claiming they have not received payment for respesenting Anna Nicole in work related to her battle over the Marshall estate.
Sorrel Trope, a California law firm also filed a creditors claim for unpaid bills earlier this month.

Morphey was hospitalized the following day for an alleged suicide attempt. A source said Morphey's wife called police, saying her husband heard of the disappearance, became distraught and feared he might have unwittingly helped dispose of Drew Peterson’s wife’s body.
Prosecutors have not called Morphey to testify before a grand jury examining the 23-year-old woman’s disappearance because he has “memory lapses” regarding the barrel.

Stacy Peterson Update!
It has been reported that the authorities now know who assisted Drew Peterson with carrying a blue barrel from the home. The suspect allegedly helped carry the barrel from the upstairs bedroom of the home down to the car. The following day the suspect attempted to commit suicide. It sounds like the authorities may be getting close to solving this case.

The Plot Thickens in the Case of Missing Stacy Peterson
It has been announced a few days ago that a neighbor had allegedly witnessed DrewPeterson loading a blue barrel with a friend. Now it has come to surface that Drew had scuba weights that are reportedly missing. This would explain why the police kept searching the garage. Stacy's sister also states that there used to be a blue barrel in the garage that was used for chlorine for the pool which is now missing.

I accidentally came across a sleezy sex website when I accidentally left a letter out of the web address. I went to http://annanicoleandhowardstern.com by mistake and was shocked to end up at a website that was selling porno movies, sex toys, and all kinds of nasties!
I could be wrong but I seem to recall reading somewhere in Business Law that you cannot use meta tags (keywords) or webaddresses purposely trying to pretend to be a person or entity only to trick them into going to your site.
I think it is sick that this website would use Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern's name to sell their sexual goods. If you ask me that site should definately be a candidate for a lawsuit. Yuck!

Inquest - Day Two
Sounds like nothing exciting happened today. The nurses testified. One testified that pills were found where Howard K. Stern was sleeping. Court will resume on December 10. Why are they so slooooowwww in the Bahamas.

It is being reported that Howard K. Stern's testimony lasted approximately 5 minutes today and that he was suprisingly asked only two questions by Neil Brathwaite, a lawayer for the Attorney General's Office.

The Inquest Continues
The long waited inquest into the death of Daniel Smith finally began today. The first witnesses to speak included the emergency doctor that treated Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern, Dr. James Inferenta (an anesthesiologist who was on duty when Daniel died), an immigration department official who witnessed Daniel's behavior when he arrived at the airport the night before he died. Howard K. Stern is expected to be called in for questioning again.

Stoner Judge Can Smoke More Dope Now That He Has Retired
Judge Lawrence Korda, who assisted in the Anna Nicole Smith baby drama in Broward County Florida lucked out having prosecutors drop the charges against him. The judge was busted smoking a doobie on a park bench. As a result the judge retired early and had to pass 6 months of random drug tests.
Judge Seidlin has seemed to dissappear into the sunset (probably wearing his white tennis clothing he talked about so freely). It was rumored he was going to do a television show but there has been no talk about that lately.

Monday - The Inquest
Monday, November 19th, court is scheduled in the Bahamas to once again begin the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith. Daniel Smith died in the hospital room of Anna Nicole Smith while visiting his newborn baby sister Dannielynn. Since then there have been many attempts to begin an inquest into the young mans death but each time there is reason to delay. More than a year after Daniel’s death now, we will just have to wait to see if the questions surrounding the mysterious death are finally answered.
Daniel Smith had only been in the Bahamas for several hours and during that time managed to obtain methadone. Many question who gave him the methadone and question whether it was the same methadone pictured in photographs of Anna Nicole’s refrigerator. Dr. Kapoor, wrote a prescription for methadone to Anna Nicole under the alias of Michelle Chase while she was 8 ½ months pregnant, just weeks before Daniel’s overdose.

MSNBC Cans Plan to Hire Rosie
MSNBC has canned their plans to hire Rosie O'Donnell for a primetime evening show. Many people became angered when initially hearing of the possibility of this conspiracy theorists, babbling woman having an hour to pour her verbal vomit thru the airwaves. Yuck! What really is bothersome about Rosie is that she does the very things she fights against. She fights for all to be heard and have the freedom of speech... unless of course they disagree with her insane views.
One of the classic lines that I will never forget was when Rosie was claiming that the World Trade Center collapse was an inside job stating "since when does fire bend steel". Trouble in the "Horizons"
Does anyone pay their bills. According to TMZ.com, Trope and Trope filed a claim against the estate of Anna Nicole Smith for approximately 163,000 in unpaid legal bills. I am uncertain if this is normal procedure to have to file a claim against the estate. I thought typically the executor just pays the bills as they come. From my understanding I thought you only filed a claim with court if the executor has not paid the bills or if an executor has not yet been assigned.

Howard K. Sterns scores major win with the judge who has granted term Stern an expedited discovery to his libal suit for 60 mil against Cosby. This ruling was granted as a result of a little extra effort by Cosby to score some witnesses in exchange for some green.
